I see you have completed Cobra and rated it 10 so I guess it will find its way to your favorites and maybe you might even add Cobra to your character favorites you should watch the other Cobra animes as well even though they are a bit inferior to the original series.

If Cobra is the best space opera then Seirei no Moribito is the best fantasy anime out there so check it out as well since you are into fantasy anime.

Well, the MC acts goofy but he is actually a badass, he wears red all the time, he is blonde, he has a bounty on his head and has a gun arm are the things that the series share with Trigun. Actually the closest anime to Cobra is Outlaw Star but most people miss the similarities since Cobra is not that well known in the west.

I am glad you liked it btw the Rugball arc is usualy seen as the best part of the anime and I think you would liek it too and just wait till you see the last villain reveal, no spoilers.

After getting done with the serieis check out the Cobra movie as well it's not as good as the series but it's a feast for the eyes all the same . One thing that makes the anime so good is that it makes many changes to the manga and most of the time it makes it better, the later adaptations of Cobra anime directly adapt the manga so they are somewhat inferior in my opinion. They are still enjoyable though, so is the manga.

It's a very silly anime, and I love it for it, but upon first viewing having a fake out death with no explanation was the one thing that crossed a line.
Afterwards we got the best mid-flight banter ever between Embryo and Tusk, so I'm glad he didn't actually die...
But the lucky pan explanation was way superior!

The first 2 can be explained with Embyro having bullshit technology, and the maid was lured there by the current king, so they could have asked to guard that plane poorly, to compensate for Momoka's potentially lacking stealth skills.
But the best explanation I have for how Tusk survived is that he said "A knight of Vilkas is invincible" and he meant it.
