Seitokai Yakuindomo is one of those shows where you can just turn of your brain and enjoy. I think the second season improved on the overall atmosphere and quality of jokes making it a fun show to watch without using your brain. This show centers around comedy and i think it does a great job at that. Whenever I watched this show I was grinning ear to ear. I don't think there is a need to break down the components of this show, because there really isn't a story or character development. However I will say that the art is ... done quite well and I personally liked it. Also the soundtrack was much more enjoyable to listen to compared to the first seasons intro.

Overall if you're looking for one of those shows where you can turn off your brain and have a good time this is definitely that show.

Highschool Of The Dead review

story:
H.OT.D is about high school students trying to survive in the zombie apocalypse. It's a basic story concept, but who doesn't like zombies getting their heads bashed open by breasts.

Art:
I personally find almost all art styles amazing, but I liked the contrast of dark colors mix with the lighter ones.

... Sound:
I love the soundtrack in this anime. I have listened to it time and time again and the opening song is by far my favorite opening theme in any anime I have watched because It is very energetic, and quite easy to remember. The intro is also the perfect length where some anime openings take too damn long.

Characters:
there are a total of seven main characters, two guys and 5 pairs of breasts, I mean girls. I find the characters to be quite well done. Although you can only relate with a few of them (I think). I thought they did a pretty good job with character progression. I personally like all the characters. My absolute favorite would probably be takashi (obviously) and Saeko. Saeko is really interesting and is by far the most in depth character.

Overall:
I really enjoyed this anime and is one of my top favorites considering I like all the genres it fits.


(As a side note)
this anime has ecchi in it. I hate when people bash a show for having ecchi in it when it is labeled under that category. People write about it like they didn't expect it, which is stupid. (rant over)

(I'm really new to anime) I loved blade and soul. I loved the MC and all her badassory. I really enjoyed watching her transformation from an emotionless assassin to her old human self who was capable of feeling emotion. I must say I actually enjoyed the ending. When she throws that gold piece I had to wonder what kind of "work" was she doing to get that? I also contemplated the idea that she was still an assassin, but a "good" assassin that had morals and didn't just kill anyone without hesitation. many people don't like it but personally this one is ... going into the books as one of my favs. It's always fun to have an ending u can morph to what u think based on the information given. that's one think I really liked. kinda like the last batman movie. u cam either believe he lived, or died based on the cafe scene. u use your imagination to make the ending witch I think blade and soul nailed.

p.s episode 12 was the true ending. episode 13 was just for fun, but the end of ep 13 is kinda important
