Seitokai Yakuindomo is one of those shows where you can just turn of your brain and enjoy. I think the second season improved on the overall atmosphere and quality of jokes making it a fun show to watch without using your brain. This show centers around comedy and i think it does a great job at that. Whenever I watched this show I was grinning ear to ear. I don't think there is a need to break down the components of this show, because there really isn't a story or character development. However I will say that the art is done quite well and I personally liked it. Also the soundtrack was much more enjoyable to listen to compared to the first seasons intro.

Overall if you're looking for one of those shows where you can turn off your brain and have a good time this is definitely that show.
