Yo, thanks so much not just for recommending some awesome titles, but the fact you recommended a whopping three of them! I'm fortunate that my first ever MAL Secret Santa put in that much effort just for me.

I'm about halfway done with the first season of 86 so far and man, I'm completely hooked! The world and character dynamics are amazing for a war story (especially of the leads Lena and Shin) and every episode's been doing a good job at keeping me guessing how the story will unfold. It's been a thrilling ride from Episode 1 (or rather, from the synposis you gave).

There's no way I'd ignore your other two recs, but as excited as I am to try Violet Evergarden with how it hits similar notes to my all-time fav Clannad AS, I don't think I'm ready to get emotional right now (but something tells me 86 will do that anyway lol). I'll definitely check out Vinland some other time too, I mean a story based on real (albeit anime-fied) Vikings? How could I not check that out?
