Ohba is a complete genius, I love both his/her work. Death Note will always be my favourite but wow, Bakuman totally rocks! I have to read it as soon as its translated XD

Whether Ohba is male or female makes no real difference, the stories and plots created are from a genius and thats all anyone ever has to know.

I find it easy to believe that Ohba is female. It's a man's world after all. Perhaps she thought the fact that she's a woman might hold her back in the manga industry. The minute someone finds out that a genious is female one starts expecting too much of the individual...methinks :P
