Apart from Japanese lessons, I've gotten back to shepard slinging or just plain slinging. Gotta teach my left hand to do it some time.

I also look forward to seeing that Pluto adaptation.

With that said, I've been learning Japanese for a season and a half. After reading Instant Japanese, I've been memorizing ~380 Chinese characters or kanji.

For Cantonese and Mandarin, you must master about 3,000 Chinese characters. About 1,945 for Japanese. I plan to know over 1,200 Chinese characters. Especially for this Silent Möbius manga.

I've been replaying Valkyria Chronicles, taking Japanese 101 lessons and re-watching Static Shock after reading School Rumble.

Yes, all this summer heat would make us go to a pool or an aquapark.

Seems to me that Mars is your favorite planet, named after a god of war. Titan, though a moon, would make a very interesting water world, but first, it needs laughing gas and ozone so all the ice will melt.

Good thing it's full of nitrogen so laughing gas could be reproduced. Titan even has enough nitrogen for future motorsports that need high velocity like in Need For Speed.

Imagine a real life IGPX, but in space.

How are you doing Arcade? I've been playing FF4 for the first time. I re-watched Gundam SEED Destiny not too long ago.

I also miss most of the original voice actors.

I haven't watch Mobile Suit Gundam: The Origin, but I know that I love Yoshikazu Yasuhiko's character designs.

More importantly Arcade, when is your next birthday? There's something that I want to show you.

Anyway! I finally moved on to Sorcerer Hunters and didn't expect to see ninjas in a world of evil sorcerers attempting human exploitation or slavery.

Xebec really should have adapted Sorcerer Hunters in 1999.

Other than that, I hope that Maaya Sakamoto will have a wonderful birthday soon. I would definitely watch the future Gundam SEED movie if she reprises her role.

So yeah! I'll be reading lots of Sorcerer Hunters this spring and maybe other manga until then.

I finished Calculus III and now I'm getting started on abstract algebra.

I like to read books, but right now, I'm going over this 80s Calculus III book.

As for fiction novels, I love 58 Minutes which is the book Die Hard 2 was based on. The protagonist is American, but the actor or Bruce Willis is German.

My favorite comic book would be a two-way tie between League of Extraordinary Gentlemen and The Crow (I love neo-noir).

Digimon V-Tamers is something that I'll read later this year.

Apart from Ali Project being awesome, I have eclectic taste in music. My least favorite type of music is modern EDM because it's mostly noise.

So what do you like most about Ali Project? I haven't heard from her in a while.

I'm actually from central Mexico, but I know everything about Georgia state and it's Spain-like environment. Now I want to explore South America because of fairly close proximity. Not to mention that I want cashews, the nuts of South America.

I'm also interested in traveling around the world too.

Anime-wise, I plan on completing the whole Tenchi OVA universe or Ryo-Ohki franchise. From oldest to newest. In the western hemisphere, Tenchi Universe is pretty much a household name because the 1995 TV show got broadcasted first.

Our birthdays are two years apart, sure! But we aren't generations apart. We're both Gen Y, technically speaking.

I haven't read all of Kurogane no Linebarrel, but I can tell that the character development gets better. It's also an easier manga to get into than Silent Möbius which didn't get a full adaptation and the manga's finale never got translated.

Blassreiter is an original anime and not an adaptation. The point is that it got a true finale unlike Silent Möbius which felt inconclusive or ready unfinished.

Hopefully, Silent Möbius and Hyper Police (a reboot of this anime would mean the return of Kotono Mitsuishi and Yuko Miyamura, the EVA ladies) will get a similar treatment to FMA: Brotherhood.

By the way, my friend from North Carolina would love to watch the future Gundam SEED movie also.

Like Asuka Langley, she's an American fluent in German. Able to read a manga called Lindbergh which only got released for European audiences.
