This guy is one of the best character designer of all. His design has really distinct style; extremely detailed shadings for all characters with unique lining touches. His moe-fication technique is godly; Elsee is even more cute in anime now. I will now watch any shows that he is involved in.

Did you even compare the pictures? Way to pay attention... I was posting the article that proved that the old guy isn't the correct person. I have yet to locate a picture of the actual person and have only found pictures of him depicting himself as "Poyoyon Rock".
