Synopsis

Noel, a youth who admires his grandfather—who was hailed as a hero—aspires to be the strongest Seeker. But his job that appeared in the appraisal, was the support class "Talker." Talker is a job with the weakest individual abilities, a job that could never become the strongest.

"If I create the strongest clan and become the clan master, then I'll essentially be the strongest."

Thinking that, Noel worked hard persistently to fulfill his ambition. On the other hand, the merciless methods he employed for the sake of his ambition were acknowledged by everyone as the path of evil. However, Noel's distinct talent attracted many powerful people and they began to gather under him... This is the story of how the most evil Talker, who seeks to be the strongest, subdues his allies and creates the strongest clan in the world.

A manga that started in the best way, introducing us to the path that our protagonist will take by aiming to become the strongest of his "Talker" class and being a seeker thanks to his grandfather. Their class consists of giving bonuses such as increased strength or agility and giving instructions to make them more precise in what they do this only works on their allies and that is why the protagonist has to train so as not to be a burden to others.

Not going to write a long review because I'm bad at this, but basially :

This is a pretty refreshing take on the "very powerful MC" trope : Noel is NOT a strong fighter, in a world where fighting is the base of social status. He uses his outstanding skills of gathering information, scheming and plotting to get to his goals instead.
And the good thing is that the author actually sticks to this plot. I'm saying this because we've seen countless characters who are "weak" become absolutely OP in all regards in 10 chapters, absolutely destroying their premise in the way.

Very bland manga that's in severe need of a hook to keep you interested. Really the only reason I read as much as I did is because I liked the artwork, and I was hoping it would pick up in later volumes, which it did not. I wouldn't say the story is generic, but it is incredibly dull. MC wants to build a guild...fantastic, but I'm afraid that ain't enough to keep the reader interested. Everything is a bit aimless. Most of the story arcs just come from the MC having random encounters. None of the characters are very interesting, or they are complete psychopaths ...
