SynopsisMutou Taiga is an average college student who falls in love at first sight with Ameya Yuiko, a senior at his part-time job. I read Fujoshi Kanjo mostly because I'd just read Fujoshi Rumi, therefore I was expecting a similar plot: funny and exaggerated, with little emphasis on the romantic aspect.
So I was thrown off a bit by this manga which had a) a main character who wasn't stupid and/or average b) an actually romantic plot line that expressed the type of relationship that wasn't a "love at first sight" or a "you 'saved' me so i love you" but a simple "you looked like a fun nice person so I want to go out" and c) no love triangles, bullying, or depressing pasts.
Fujoshi Kanjo is a really laid back series for people who want the simple pleasure of watching a normal guy get himself into a romantic relationship with a yaoi obsessed girl. read more

The clue here is kind of in the titles, but since I'm always willing to lend a hand to those in need:
Both stories are about fujoshis; crazy females who create ladyboyxladyboy fantasies in their depraved minds and scare me.
Rumi is a little over the top compared to Kanojo, and its titular female lead is what I imagine to be a severe/worrying case. This is because, where as Rumi is fictional, the Kanojo manga was based on the real-life experiences of a blogger who detailed what he has endured to be with the woman he loves. But both series have plenty of 'laugh out loud' moments, in any event, so it matters not in the grand scheme of things.
Read both and you'll either A) laugh a lot; internally or otherwise or B) reveal to yourself that you're too dull to ever get laid. One of the two.
Both stories include a normal boy falling in love with a 'fujoshi'. If you enjoy one you'll definitely like the other.

If you enjoy the antics of the otaku girls in Kuragehime you might enjoy Fujoshi Kanojo, which is also a funny josei story involving otakus. The plots are very different, although both have otakus, humor and romance. In Fujoshi Kanojo, we have a normal non otaku boyfriend dating a BL / yaoi obsessed girl and having to deal with a lot of uncomfortable situations. While in Kuragehime we have a bunch of otakus of all different types and are treated to watching their antics. If you are an avid manga reader ( maybe an otaku yourself ) who can still enjoy laughing about your "hobbies" you might get good laughs from both of these mangas.
