| Awww, I finally watched this episode, and dreaded every minute of it.Ahhh, Hughes! OMG, I cried...I started balling when Alicia was crying and asking what they were doing to her dad. It was soooo good, I watched it again and cried. Hughes was so awesome, he was hilarious and a badass, I'm glad he went out fighting. |

| I have watched just a few anime so far and was wondering do you have any sugestions for some anime? I would apreciate this because i have no clue what to watch afer i finish Fma. Not the brotherhood, but the original one. |

| At the start of the episode, I thought Maes was going to die :( He had a family, a daughter, a wife.. He.. it seemed as if he was going to die :( Then he went and did a solo mission :( I cried when he died. favourite |

| imagine if envy changed into the appearence of his daughter. i think that would have been even worse than getting killed i was actually really starting to like him. it was the same with armstrong, hawkeye and roy. AND HE WAS THE CLOSEST TOO!! he figured it out..... |

| Urgh , he is one of my favourite anime characters . And I just wonder - Since only Brotherhod had to follow the manga storyline fully (The 2003 series followed the story only to the middle,since the manga wasn't finished ) +_+ WHY DID THEY HAVE TO KILL HIM IN BOTH ANIMES ! I mean - in brotherhood , ok I understand it has to stay with the manga . BUT IN 2003 they started to change the story , so what bothered them to cut Maes's death ? Still it was one of the most dramatic FMA episodes . |

| I haven't cried like this over an anime character for so long TT_TT I had a bad feeling when I saw the title, but... it still didn't stop the tears flowing out. Maes was a really awesome character, and... damn it, I feel so sad right now~ |

| I loved this episode because it shows something rarely seen in any type of show. That no character is safe. Well aside from the Elrics, anybody can die. Just because you are important character doesn't mean you are going to live through everything. Which is good because it adds more suspense. With that being said, they killed my favorite character. Almost as bad as when chewbacca got killed. Can't wait to watch the next episode. |
| So, the plot thickens, as they say, huh? The moment I saw Führer (forgot his real name) give Huges the green light for further investigation, I thought he might end up dying. Still, I was sad it actually happened. Speaking of Fuhrer...I have found him to be kinda suspicious for several episodes now. And after this secretary incident, he seems even more suspicious; I wouldn't be surprised to see him be revealed as a villain/have a skeleton in the closet/sth like that (haven't seen Brotherhood yet, so this is just a guess). |

| Hughes!!!!!!!!!! why the hell did you have to die T___T even though he carefully and cautiously planned his attack, he even manage to stab both Homunculus members. just as Roy is about to get his promotion, then he's nowhere to be found. man Roy Mustang must be tearful after the lost of his first comrade. not knowing the Elric brothers are gone, not to mention Hughes is dead. i wonder if Sheska manage to save some info from him?? like Douglas involvement etc? ahhh what will the Elric brothers reaction when they hears this news??? the anime is definitely provoking lots of emotions and that's a good thing. but Hughes man T_______T |

| i knew it was gone happen cause i actually accidentally came across a spoiler saying he would be dead in this episode but i still felt so sad it was a really good episode. i wonder how they can kill this other people he slice her throat she survived and he really got great reflexes and doesn't miss a little thing sadly he still is dead :( |
