And Rei blushing "A.. Arigatou" haha, that was great. |

| i wonder if they actually wanted to make it obvious. other than that, Rei was cute, Asuka did not please me this episode, she was tsuntsun, but i want to see more of her deredere... like when she was blushing with shinji for being compared to a married couple xD |

| Cute Rei is cute. Emberassed Asuka is emberassed. And there is just no way that the basketball guy (whats his name? lol) can score with that shot. He is probably the 4th. |

| The scene with Kaji and Shinji in the drink room was so funny. Kaji: "So can I buy you a drink, cup-o-tea?" Shinji: "Kaji, I'm a boy." I laughed at that. Rei blushing face was a little cute, even though I still don't like her very much. Suzuhara being the 4th child is really awesome to me, I really like his character for some reason. |

| I'm officially calling NERV the enemy in here. I mean they have a lot of top secret missions. They don't tell why the Angels are attacking. Source is unknown? Bullshit. They probably know everything that is happening. Okay so the fourth child is? Judging from this episode, I'm assuming that the fourth child can either be Touji or his sister but as soon as I saw Asuka's reaction from what she saw, I automatically assumed that it's going to be Touji. I'm not sure though. Anyways, it's not suprising to hear Kanji say that Marduk Institute doesn't exist and NERV is the one pulling the string to Misato but what really caught me offguard was when he told Misato to investigate the school. Maybe that school is the place of the future pilots? Maybe only 14 year old children can pilot it and they gathered up all 14 year old children in Japan? Lol I don't know. |

| I can't make the call. I'm torn between "Obvious Red Haring" "So obvious you're expected to this it's a Red Haring but it's not." Whatever choice I make, I fear it will be a bigger blunder then a land war in Asia. Really enjoyed "Kaiji, I'm a boy." Totally have been feeling that the school is some kind of secret "Training" ground. Ever since Asuka magically joined them in the exact same class. Penguin pilots Unit Three. Tune in next time. |

| I kind of expected him to be pilot long ago but even after 17 episodes I still don't like him. The class rep is really nice person and character, though. Asuka's voice is kawai as ever, but Asuka just beat her easily this episode with her "Arigatou." It seems impossible to me for not to become mine favorite character... |

| OH YES, OH YES, OH YES, this is how it should be done! BOOYAH! It felt like the story got pushed onward really hard; the conspiracy lurking in shadows portrayed as a threat equal to angels; THE SUSPENSE - silence before the storm! THIS EP GOT ME REALLY EXCITED DAMN IT! 5/5 hands down! |
| Didn't really like this episode. Everything just really came out of the blue. The only thing I can say that was positive about this episode was Rei blushing. Ha ha! Other than that, everything was a big mystery. Or at least an attempt at one. Most of what they tried to make interesting was (for a lack of better words) easy to guess. I don't and shouldn't have to explain. Looking forward to the next! |

| This is getting really interesting now!!! Thoughts from Episode 17 So Misato was in some kind of court for telling what happened in earlier fight for Angels and how Shinji luckily survived from that. But mainpoint is really where Angels are coming from why they attack NERV and what they want?. And if they are getting Intelligence and rumor about "The Fourteenth Angel" Now I am confused is Ikari really betraying NERV or SEELE because he said something like: "that will be a lesson for old man" haha. I don't know anymore. Too confusing. Still Rei is been taking good care of Ikari and even he asked Rei to eat with him. Never could happen with Shinji. Rei is sure talking now a little bit move. That "Thank You" was sweet. So Mardok Institute is not real and it's probably some kind of cover story told by NERV and Misato is been lying at. Kaji sure has many sidejobs. 1. Spy, 2. Researcher 3. Dating and know 4. Watering watermelons :DD Where 2nd Branch of NERV dissappeared and Unit 04 if they was building one?? Toji really has hard time coming if he becomes *The Fourth Children" I thought there supposed to be only three children but I guess I was wrong... That school is mysterious place. There must be something that room Kaji told to Misato. Code 707 what could it be? Hmm I think that class rep likes Toji. They are trying to make some plot twist here so we could be so confused until finally when they going to reveal everything maybe in the end. Best parts: Asuka hanging to Kaji. Shinji saying not drink tea xD Toji throwing basketball in the end. |

| I gotta say not much is happening in this episode, aside from the prototype S2 Engine disappearing without a trace in an accident. Also about the fourth child. Though never shown on screen I agree it is obvious that it is Toji based on the fact that we hear Ritsuko’s voice talking to him, and due to Asuka’s reaction to finding out who the fourth child is. |
