| i was hoping that was wrong... D: when the dvd information was released it had mentioned the number of episodes in each, which equaled 10... did they say something more about it? (technically it has 11 because of the OVA but... D: ) |

Or we are seeing yet another case of changes made that impacted users but not communicated to them? I wonder how long people would put up with this. As much as I have a bunch of information to share about anime announced recently I cannot share it in news board, and the anime series is too disorganized and chaotic to share information except with people already interested in the particular series. |

| WTF MAN..... For the sake of this summer, that is disappointing. But, and mark my words now, there is no way in (The Demon Realm) this will be held down to 10 eps. So for the future and ensuring a perfect adaptation/avoiding catching up to manga, this could be good. But still, fuck.. |

| Guys lets focus on the good news: Jugding by the characters that are getting Seiyuus (Beros, Goyle, Nell) the anime is bound to further than where the translations are, or at least catch up to them. |

| Are you fucking kidding me? I've been patiently waiting for two years for one of my favourite manga to be adapted... only to get a 10 episodes anime? What? I can't believe this, I'll wait for more informations ._. but I'm really mad now ._. |

Yup, I noticed to OP too, but never say never. The most recent example that comes to my mind is Karneval, 37 chapters (more than 6 volumes) in 13 episodes, obviously uber rushed. I just hope for the best :( |

My take is that a ten episode run for now shows they're taking careful measures to avoid that happening, which makes it seem like they are committed to adapting the manga. And you have to take the studio into account(speaking of Ao no) since it's Brains Base, I think we can definitely trust them not to go anime original, using some of the manga's plot points that were shown in the OP. They aren't A-1.sure sure, like Ao no exorcist, like gantz, and so on and so on that stopped after 20 or so episodes... |
