The hardest part of the entire ordeal must have been confessing that he loves Precure. I can hardly blame him, though.

First policeman gets caught on recording Nanoha and now soldier steals Precure stamps... Should we expect politicians doing some illegal stuff with Jewelpets soon?

In reference to the politicians. There was once a news thread where it said one of them used tax money to buy Toaru Majutsu no Index Novels.

He was doing research of the current trend of the younger generation in society, right? A very laudable thing to do I am sure.

It is a bit hard to use the same claim in this case...particularly as he was caught shoplifting....
So MAL finally starts locking news threads that are only a few weeks old?

I wonder where was the announcement of this change? Or we are seeing yet another case of changes made that impacted users but not communicated to them?

I wonder how long people would put up with this.

As much as I have a bunch of information to share about anime announced recently I cannot share it in news board, and the anime series is too disorganized and chaotic to share information except with people already interested in the particular series.

KInd of necromancy but reading other topic
"The assemblyman made an excuse that it was a legitimate expense to research the current trend of the world."
well Index will help a LOT in understanding current trend of the world, unless Japan wants to create loli-nuns next to pantyless-magical-loli soilders... than be my guest.

Still this guy - I wonder if they use it in DokiDoki :D like it fits theme of series perfectly (they even have an idol so there is way to use it).

Poor guy, hopefully he didn't get shamed for liking Precure, he could've said he stole the stamps for his niece or daughter though.

I have to wonder how expensive stamps are in Japan if a 40 year old employee of the army had to resort to stealing them.

well if the price for anime goods are the same there as it is for us, than yea i could see ppl deciding to steal shit.

but can't he like use his army power/charisma to convince them to give it to him for his daughter/niece that he might see only one more time???....
