| So I just started watching this within the last week in chronological order. I find it interesting that Haruhi desires to find espers, time travelers, and aliens, all of which happen to be in her SS Brigade club. I can't help but feel bad for Mikuru Asahina. I mean, Haruhi is really demeaning her right? At this point I'm wondering why Kyon hasn't started knocking before entering the club room. Every time she's in the middle of changing, perhaps he caught that too haha. |

| with each series all the more interesting and fun =) I liked the battle of Yuki and her backup +) funny in terms of computer science) and even the idea of finding two people of different ages at one time I went to look beyond%) |
| Joke's on poor Haruchi not knowing that what she's looking for is all around her! But while her bossiness does have a humorous aspect to it, what she does to poor Mikuru just doesn't feel right. It comes damn close to bullying. Wonder why she just doesn't stand up for herself (or is that because she was ordered by her powers that be not to? Another thing that's "classified"?) |

| I'm re-watching this series in chronological order. This is when Kyon and the Esper guy have a second talk and he explains kyon something more of what is happening (or might be happening). Some of my most enjoyable moments in this series are these talks, they somewhat make me more and more interested and bring so much mystique to the whole thing! I'm really digging this in my second run. |

| I dunno if I'm on the right thread now but anygays, watching in chronological order and commenting about the 5th episode I watched. Totally loved this episode and comedy is working for me better than earlier. Also starting to like the characters and story starts to make some sense, if that's possible. xD More. >.> |

| I watched the episode about Yuki, Mikuru and Koizumi revealing Haruhi's and their Identity to Kyon. I gained A LOT more insight and information, I had to literally pause every second when they were talking to capture it all word for word. This show is really good and I can't wait for the second half which I hear is full of crazyness. Haruhi, hang in there! :) |

After all, Kyon himself noted how strange it was to get a taxi just like that. I've always found Koizumi's discussions with Kyon to be some of the better moments in the series. This one in particular was pretty thought provoking and seeing the Espers in action was a treat. Got to love the irony that the Aliens, time travelers, and Espers Haruhi wanted to meet are gathering around her but her common sense is getting in the way. Probably the stand out scene of the episode is Haruhi talking about her experience at the baseball game and wanting to be unique. It's a great scene because it adds depth to her character and the fact that the viewer knows what she doesn't, in that she is very much unique and may even be a god. Between this episode and a few moments in the previous ones, I'm thinking Haruhi may be able to read minds as she seems to hear Kyon's thoughts every now and then. Wouldn't be surprising, I suppose. |

But the biggest mystery is probably the one about Suzumiya. Like if she's a real phenomenon of some kind or she's just an ordinary human who's mind isn't bounded bu people's vision of reality. I think she's rather the latter, well partly because I'd like her more this way. Anyway, the Esper is such a cool character, I like him the most out of the three (?actual/proven?)phenomenons. The alien sucks, and the time traveler isn't this great(she's nice tho) either imo :D |

| Information overload @_@ Koizumi revealed a lot of things/theories about Haruhi being the creator of the world and how that works. And Haruhi has a long flashback/talk about how she came to think this way (about the world being boring). Despite all this, I still am not quite sure what's going on. This anime is confusing... |

| I just find it really annoying how after the 2009 release, someone who's watching the original broadcast order, cannot come to the forums to see a discuss about the 5th episode realeased in 2006. I mean, by the 2006 version, this is supposed to be the episode where they go on their first external activity as a club. Well, I guess it can't be helped. Good episode, tho. I'm really enjoying Haruhi series. |

| [Watching in broadcast order] Damn, the start felt like the Monogatari series with the speed talking and 1 second images. We know the name of the 5th member now, Itsuki (who we saw in the last episode) Kyon ... I would've gladly switched places, I'm a sucker for time travel and sci-fi :D LMAO even Mikuru's real age is classified information. I think Haruhi really wanted to be paired with Kyon :P Kyon was quick to figure out that Koizumi had information about Haruhi aswell A lot of information, and I'm loving it!! |

| WTF did I watch? This episode is soooo weird especially when Itsuki showed his powers. So many wasted potentials. I can understand Haruhi. We live in a very simple world. My job is to watch anime till death so thats make it out of the ordinary cycle. This episode is the most dialogue pack I have ever seen in my anime life. I dont understand what Itsuki said though. Its sad that I havent seen Mikuru in this epi. 2/5 |

| Episode 5: Haruhi and Kyon investigates the mystical disappearance of Asakura (although Kyon knows why) :3 We learn something new about Haruhi's past :3 Koizumi-kun have a conversation and discussion with Kyon where he tells him that he got an opportunity to showcase his powers to proof to Kyon that he is an esper :3 If Haruhi gives up on the world then it would be the worlds end according to Koizumi-kun :3 It gets more and more interesting >w< |
