| He's probably referring to ovas animating the extra 3 arcs in ecstacy. In all seriousness, 3 to 4 episodes per character arc and the remainder for refrain is enough to pull it off. People forget how incredibly repetitive refrain actually is. Kanon used 10 whole episodes for the intro and Makoto arc but still managed to cover 4 arcs in 24 episodes. |

Kyou's isn't really well-adapted. Her OVA is rushed as hell. A well-adapted story of Saya's can fit at least 3-4 episodes. Even it's incredibly repetitive. Even Kanata's story is also long. |

| As I was saying in the other topic, after it was confirmed they were going 3 episodes per route, there was absolutely no way they'd be able to fit it in 26 episodes. Glad to see they won't be trying to rush it. |

Just like many KEY works, the common route of LB is purely SoL moments and moves pretty slow, however its purpose it to let you get familiar with the characters and show you the relationships between them. The individual character arcs are of course more dramatic and serious but like you have heard the true highlight and what makes LB as a whole a very good is the revelation of the secret of the world and the events after it (just like After Story brings the heaviest drama in Clannad). Refrain is basically where everything gets tied together and makes the experience worth it and imo puts this title about Clannad. "Good things come to those who wait" is a good way to go about when watching LB. If you want to keep watching I guess it will depend on how much you can enjoy the individual character arcs in this first season. |
| I wish these things happened with series that actually deserve it. When is Spice & wolf's director gonna come out and say "Hey guys, I know 2 seasons isn't enough to animate 10 novels" ? Sigh... |

| They better not troll us; but obviously they won't because they can make a lot of money from Refrain. Anyway this is GREAT news to hear. So far I love LB; loved Clannad as well so I have faith in Key that LB will be awesome! And of course more LB is even more awesome. |

About the news saying there will be more means they will adapt the additional heroines and an another story that's somehow similar to Clannad's After Story. LB is really long if you ask me because of the number of heroines and the length of their stories. |
