| Decided to do this out of the goodness of my heart. That, and I stumbled on tumblr. Anyway, this will be an animated avatar dump thread. Feel free to join in. I will be making these from time to time. Various anime, and no requests please. (I'm bit busy). If you post your own, make sure you made them yourself. No stealing from other people please. I will not be classifying them according to anime, too much work. Instead I'll post in batches so choose what you like and recognize and feel free to use them. Most will be 100x100, but some will be also 100x125; both under 51KB so you can use them on MAL or most other forums. Ok, enough talk, here's the first batch of 5 10 icons :           |

Those are pretty sick, yo. Here's a small batch of Bleach movie icons I made a long time ago for another forum. Feel free to use 'e, yo. Oh, and I'ma be borrowing your Samurai Champloo icon for myself, Meri.    They should all be 100x100 if I remember correctly. |

| can someone teach me on this thread (or a link) on how to make a good .gif animation with GIMP? I made two that is under MAL maximum size of 51kb but I guess the way I do it is not fit for MAL, and I need to shrink the size to about 60x60ish, and needs to be short. One of them is my current avatar and another is one that I made recently, and want to replace but MAL is glitching on me. |

| It's pretty much impossible to upload a new avatar on MAL right now, I think it's been about 2 weeks and my avatar still hasn't change, at least I don't think it has. Anyways, I don't know about GIMP but for Photoshop, before saving it, I usually lower the amount of colors. The quality might lower but considering how small the image is, it isn't too noticeable unless you have the full quality one to compare. Deleting every extra frame begin used in the animation is a must. |
