Hi! I am a Japanese-American and fluent in Japanese. ^.^／˜

I never read the (English) manga online, that explains the lack of (non-hentai) manga in my manga list. I only buy original Japanese versions in Japan. The only manga I read from the internet are 18+ manga ;). Of course it is in Japanese.
I'm more into light novels these days, so I can read as much Japanese text as possible that I can understand.

As for anime, I only watch subbed or raws. I don't like watching dubbed because I don't find the need to. I prefer watching anime with Moe. My favorite genres are School, Daily Life, Yuri, Romance, Military(moe), Hentai(loli). I don't really like genres such as Space, Action, Sports, Hentai(oppai) unless they have the character design I like.

I got into watching anime when I found this awesome anisong(s) on March 14, 2010, then just decided to watch the anime of that song in April. The songs are only my railgun/level5-judgelight- by fripSide --> from the show "To aru Kagaku no Railgun".
BTW, the setting of Railgun and Index is two train stations away from the place where I stay in Japan for vacation! What a coincidence.

My goal is to get more "completed" in my list than "plan to watch".
Someday many years from now I will only watch then-current airing anime due to the fact I will have finished watching old ones. And maybe someday, I would be living in Japan somewhere close to Tokyo where Akihabara is only train stations away.

BTW, I would really like to draw Moe characters, but the problem is that I rarely draw, and I'm a horrible drawer.I like the art of Kantoku(see my anime list wallpaper), Kagami Yoshimizu(Lucky☆Star), Noizi Itou(Haruhi, Another), Ryouka, Riko Korie, karory, and Tsubasu Izumi.

I can speak Japanese, English, some Spanish, some German, little Korean, and can read Cyrillic. I have trouble writing Kanji, because I hated studying language arts (in both Japanese and English) and so my Kanji and vocabulary level is that of a grade-schooler. My reading Japanese and speaking is much better than writing, but there are still flaws. Anime helped with vocab a lot b.

I listen to mostly anime and Japanese game songs sung by mostly female, some Jpop, some Kpop, and Train station melodies from JR East (tokyo). I hate American songs except for Taylor Swift.
I can sing Carameldansen speedycake with the original Swedish lyrics because I heard it too much.

One of my dreams is to attend a Japanese High School (an influence from anime), but given the fact I am already a senior in high school in America gives me no choice but to give up that dream. I applied to an American university in Japan, so I might live there???
