| Satoru and Saki somehow got separated from the group. It looks like others have been able to escape, though, which is certainly a relief. I hope Satoru and Saki will escape as well. Another decent episode. We got to learn a lot more about queerats. The queen looks terrifying by the way. The animation is noticeably worse than before, though. Also, that scene where Saki and Satoru were close to having sex was quite strange. Or did they actually have sex? I would be glad if someone told me. |
| From the best episode of the series so far, we go to the worst with this one. I don't think the animation is a million times worse than what was normally presented in the first few episodes but it was incredibly inconsistent for its designs and did look cheaper than the previous ones too. I get that someone different was in charge for the episode and they added their own personal style of flair with the closeups and changes but it just failed to add much for me in this particular episode and sort of ruined the tense atmosphere for me at times. I like directors being innovative with their styles, especially episode directors whenever they are rarely in charge of the show, but it was a miss for this one. Also the story which felt slow paced but did a solid job in world building subtly felt all over the place this one with a lot happening, and a lot being left out at the same time to create a really awkward episode as a whole. |

| Oh my god, that intimate moment was so bad. It was really uncomfortable to watch kids get intimate. I was thinking this anime is lit last episode, the library bot said so many things and got me really interested. And then this episode happened. A mess. |

| Yeah I'm going to drop it again. At least this time I was able to finish two episodes longer. It's a very intriguing setting, but ironically I just don't care about any of it. I really did want to finish this because it generally seems to be highly acclaimed. But when each episode feels twice as long as it actually is, I'm just forcing myself at this point. I would pick it up again one day, perhaps when I run out of anime that I want to watch, should that ever happen. See you around guys. |

| The animation was bad but still a enjoyable. The scene between Saki and Satoru felt a bit weird but anyways ok |
| The first thing that came to mind when Saki asked Sequealer that question was, "Are ya winnin' son?" I was actually on board with the SakixSatoru ship until this episode. There were a lot of random shots of him making shady facial expressions. He might not be as cool and collected as he was letting on before. He might secretly be a little shit. That's kind of a shame, oh well, at least Saki is still kind of neat. Either way, this episode and the previous opened this series to coming off as very Brave New World. So it's sort of reinforced my interest in this series. I will probably end up marathoning this faster than I expected to. |

| One of the most poorly animated episodes of anime I've seen. This episode made me drop the series years ago; this time I forced myself to sit through it. Not sure I'd survive many more though. |
| oh man id forgotten how ugly a few of the first episodes could look at times, i think the 8th was the worst animated one but this was also up there, pity since Squealer is an amazing character yet he gets introduced in this particular ep id forgotten why i never gave this show a 10, i guess it was due to the inconsistent an at times ugly look of the first half |
