| Got Strawberry 100% 1 - 11 and Suzuka 1 - 15 in the mail today from an auction win. Got a pretty good deal since Volume 4 appears to be pretty expensive second hand (worth more than I paid for the entire lot). Too bad both of their respective publishers dropped each series near its completion, so I'll have to resort to scanlations for those.. I also recently purchased GTO 1 - 20 (still waiting for it in the mail). Unfortunately, I already have some duplicates of a few volumes (1, 2, 15, 16, 17, 20) so I'll have to find some way to get rid of them. EDIT: Got GTO in the mail today! Does anyone know a good site, other than eBay (I'm already using it), to sell and/or trade manga? |

| I bought SuBLime's digital release of Okusan no Mousouteki Nichijou even though I'm getting the original tank next month. It's cheaper than DMG stuff and had a "download to own pdf" option, so I figured I'd give it a go (I don't rent books at 8 bucks, sorry DMG). While I could read it streamed, the link to download the pdf gave me an error. I poked them on twitter, but haven't received a reply yet. I noticed someone else did something similar. Yeah, not impressed so far. Even though I LOVE that cracky manga. |
