| no just no in my opinion all anime should only be made AFTER THE MANGA/LIGHT NOVELS HAVE FINISHED and only fallow the manga/light novel to the letter like full metal alchemist brotherhood. of course that is only if the anime has a manga or light novel if it is an original anime then it can do what ever. taking incomplete manga/light novel then making an anime and it ether A: has a crap ton of filler completely destroying the show example bleach Naruto one piece etc B: completely changes the plot half way through alienating people who read the manga/light novel. example deadman wonderland and the first full metal alchemist C: where it stops half way in the manga/light novel and we never see an anime for it ever again, example spice wolf ghost hunt |

| sorry if this is a dumb question, but was there a particular reason to have a anime original ending I thought the show did pretty well in japan did they just not think they where going to get another season or did they catch up to the manga to fast? |

Wish I would know. By the information I found out back then it was that they were going to make a new season.. but they didn't which sucks. But I still hope for a new season :). | ya but who knows how long Ao no Exorcist will go on for it could be over in a few years or it could be over in 10 you never know how long Shounen manga will run because the writer usually wants to keep it going as long as possible |

But with all the other comments I do agree there has to be a remake since they changed it ALL up the thing is...the manga kind of goes off on a different route. People complain about the anime, but i actually liked it compared to the manga, at least its different. They would have to treat it much like they did with Hunter x Hunter; it would have to be rebooted and just get through as many episodes until it catches up or ends. The manga has gone through some very long arcs that make it hard to see it being made into a 2 cour anime. Plus the manga appears to be nowhere close to ending. There just isn't a good place to stop. Which is probably why the anime went in a different direction. It doesn't help that a chapter comes out once a month, with such a long epic story like this, I would be very surprised to see this properly wrapped up in 3-4 years. She could keep it going forever. Even with the most recent ending on the Lucifer arc, it just didn't feel like the plot moved any further forward. And that alone could take 20 or so episodes at least. |
