When I started the original series a while back, I only ended up getting through the first 4 or so episodes, yeah, I know it's bad. Around how far into the series would you guys say it really begins to pick up? I really want to watch it, but I want to know how long it will take me to get there so I don't burn out for a few months... How will the new series be different from the old? (Should I have seen the first series in order to appreciate the new one, ect.) |

Around how far into the series would you guys say it really begins to pick up? I think the Sanctuary/12 houses arc is really good... at least by Saint Seiya's standards. But the plot takes quite some time to get there, so I wouldn't really recommend it - and it's not like the series takes a radical turn or something. To be completely honest, though, the only reason I even bothered finishing Saint Seiya was nostalgia. EDIT: Damn, forgot to comment about the news. I'm going to need more info, but for now it's not quite exciting for me. |

I'm still waiting for a sequel to overture T_T atlas6523 said: When I started the original series a while back, I only ended up getting through the first 4 or so episodes, yeah, I know it's bad. I remember the initial episodes been fun with Fenix been as ass and all that but the 12 houses where hands down the best. After that Poseidon and Odin are just alright but Sanctuary was an amazing watch. huh? |

I'm still waiting for a sequel to overture T_T Overture was a big failure, so you shouldn't have big hopes about it... Anyways, i was hoping for the third season of Lost Canvas, or Episode G adaptation, but this looks promising |

As if I need more spring anime to watch... This seems to be a sequel of some sort anyway so I'll just save it for whenever I finish the rest of the main series. And OVAs. And movies. |
