| i think its the blond a**whole that's pushing for her to be an actress, she wants to be a director. i wonder if the treasure that guy's looking for is lucille and beck or the band. its probably the guitar and the dog, but i'm hoping he's there to offer the band a better deal. also, sounds like Tanaka at least will be getting an offer to perform at the festival. wonder if the invite will include beck? could be a massive breakthrough for them if it does. |

| Maho wasn't even shown in this episode. Koyuki manages to go to highschool, swim pratice, part time work, and be in a band performing gigs. His parents haven't even been shown, they seem accepting. |

| Now they add conditional romantic career logs into the love fire. Great. Honestly I am tired of the love triangle. Koyuki isn't a good match for Maho right now, at first it did look the case. They are two completely different people (Eternal Sunshine on the Spotless Mind), Koyuki is a lovable goofy guitar and rock freak 'introvert'. He doesn't care much about anything else in comparison. imo the gymnastics girl is far more compatible with Koyuki, so they will therefore understand each other far more perfectly. Maho is an outgoing all round extrovert who doesn't have the stamina to stay anchored to Koyuki. They have less and less time to really bond and the little time they do, they get jealous because the other person's attention is preoccupied. They are moving further apart. Introverts and Extroverts only pair up successfully when they compromise with each other's personalities. I just don't see that happening. No one bothers communicating and they leave out the other person when they make the effort to go to places uncomfortable and unenjoyable for them. E.g. Koyuki put everything to impress Maho's friends and get to know them better. He gets constantly humiliated and messed around. Maho of course won't stand by her man despite that or at least a clear intention showing appreciation of Koyuki's clumsy efforts. Maho explicitly shows Koyuki that she rejected Yoshita's stupid party to watch him play. Koyuki doesn't care and spends more attention on the high school chick he invited casually. He doesn't call her phone or anything, which is weird when she went to great lengths to show interest. But to be fair it's not spelling it out which is the problem again with their communications. I dare say they don't in fact know each other very well. |

| Well the ending was interesting. Will BECK 'hit in America'? I don't really get it why Ryuusuke is using the guitar with the bullet holes though. Maybe he tries to get the attention of Eddie or something? Let's hope everything will be good in the next couple of episodes :) |
