No regrets reading this. I love a lot of the character interactions. Really good stuff.
Poor Sekuhara, no love from glasses boy for you. :U
I really thought this was sweet though. Taking a step back and not really trying to be anything other than what it is makes for something great, in my opinion.
At first, I wasn't too sure about the art style, but I ended up liking it a lot!
And now I see a movie's coming out. Oooo~

Doukyuusei remains one of my favourite mangas. This was the first work by Nakamura I had read, and I fell in love with the unique art style instantly! I love the development between Kusakabe and Rihito and their fluffy relationship. Can not wait for the movie adaptation, I just hope it does the manga justice :D

I’d give it a 10/10 if it wasn’t for the author’s apparent rather disgusting fascination with teacher/student relationships. sajou and kusakabe’s relationship was realistic and soooo sweet and makes me think wow. love is real. 😢 but anyway I’m honestly soooo glad they cut out anything unnecessary involving mr pedo teacher in the movie bc he disgusted me so much. this man should get fired. but ig the administration was also made up of ppl who think pursuing a student is remotely ok?!?!!?!!!??!!?!! what was going through the author’s mind? a love rival could’ve been another student. but like yeah, really loved this manga other than that. the author’s afterword really described how it felt to read, so I guess she did a really good job with that :)

Pretty good manga I give it a 7/10. I like how real and raw their relationship was, I just didn't like the whole teacher and student relationship the author put in there. It was unnecessary in my opinion, but other than that it was a good read.
