He also put the rule that if someone is defeated then he gets killed, regardless if he's an ally or an enemy. Since he's a reality warper he could have put a rule that when an ally gets knocked out, he gets teleported instantly into a safe place, but hey, he's not the only one in Bleach that has made the least sensible choice. |

Because renji, who has been an absolute nice guy since the first introduction and a chauvinist pig since his first scene with Rukia, was nice to a woman? Yes, SS captains have code they follow, thts the basis of medieval japan society model kubo has been going for. That still does not change the fact that SS has sent a team of heavy hitter captains to deal with urgently smaller matter they should not involve themselves with, is still actively hiding truth from Ichigo, did not tell him everything and is awfully more interested in situation than just "lets help ichigo". Aaand, apparently you missed the part where yukio is a sociopath. he is not supposed to make sense. most of sociopaths don't. in fact WE don't make sense to them too. :) ------------------------ Overall decent chapter, but I doubt the dirty boots woman is dead. The whole situation just smells trickery, and we have a fact that her flashback was incomplete and we did not see her actual death. |

I have the feeling they gather the power to take revenge on someone ... @ Fai Renji said the captains trained for months to be able to fight Aizen. (at least thats what i remember) So do you think Aizen is somewhat connected to these guys or it's just that the threat (the real threat has yet to be revealed id say) is as big as Aizen was? |

| 4 fights left? (including Rukia's, if you can call that a fight). I hope we'll see a little more of Byakuya vs Tsukishima next. And these fights are ending so quickly that I can't help but question if a single fullbringer has truly died yet... there's been so much trolling in this manga lately. |

Aizen is the mettle for renji. It s agoal, a thing he can measure himself for. I can wish to be sing so good that I could beat Elvis Presley and DIO in singing competition. Does that mean I will drag their corpses out of the graveyard to singing competition? No. For now, all it means is that Aizen is measuring stick for Renji. He wants to be able to face those kings of opponents and not get disabled in one hit. |

Aaaand you just broke Godwin's law from the first page of the thread! Good job guys, give yourself a round of applause! But really, the SS might not be the best government ever existed, and they have clearly something to cover. However, Renji (which, by the way, I don't remember him being chauvinist, but it could be just my memory) showed us that they're not there to kill and leave no witnesses. Because, if they really are, why bother saving her? If she's going to get tortured or something similar, why not giving her a mercy kill? The captains are pretty much given carte blanche over what to do in this mission. As for game boy guy, you missed completely my point. He's a sociopath, I get it. But he's supposed to be the strategist of FBs and furthermore, he's a God inside his own game world. If he has so much power why lose precious allies and his life if he can just shoot them? Oh right, he's too broken. The heroes won't have a chance if he actually acted seriously. Kubo just wrote himself into another dead-end. |

| I hate how kubo gave these guys cool abilities like controlling time or bringing a video game to life but then when they enter a battle instead of being clever with their abilities they go for the "I'll kill you with brute strength!" route. I would've had Yukio shooting lasers and or give himself a master sword kinda weapon or something. And then Jackie who's actual ability is brute strength doesn't remotely put up a fight. Tsukishima better not throw away his ability and turn into some big muscle man like these other guys are doing. |

Kubo really have trouble adjusting the power-level of the villains and thinking of a creative way to beat them, so he just goes with asspulls, in that case, "lolpsychology". The dialogue page 16 was awful. Now I can't wait for the next few chapters, where Yukio will reappear saying "Since when were you under the impression that you froze my arm ?" |

I like Renji's new attitude, and how Hitsugaya so calmly disposed of this brat. Though it does seem that after all these chapters of not giving out any information, Kubo's now making these characters incredibly talkative and free with their pasts. Oh well, that's the Shounen Jump way I suppose. I can't necessarily blame him for that. |

| I get that kubo is using this arc after the time skip to reintroduce his old chars and have them easily beat opponents to make them look cool. You shouldn´t do this to opponents you built up for I dont know how many chapters though. This arc is was just so awfull I just want to get it over with before I am too bored to drop the series. Just end it Kubo -.- We know how all the fights are going to end from now on... |
