"The project is not dead but don't have high expectations" is pretty brutal if you ask me. |

But with the way season three ended, on an immense cliffhanger and without the main villain defeated, I was relatively sure it'd get another season. The confirmation gives me some joy, but the "final" part of it is killing me. |

| There is no way in hell this final season of Zero no Tsukaima can finish all the novels. The third season ended at around volume 12 and the light novel series is meant to finish at volume 22 so are they seriously expecting to cram 10 novels into 1 season which will probably be 12-13 episodes again........ Well they did start to go off the novels alot more in the third season and changed so many things which is why the third season was the worst and seemed like a filler season. I doubt they will finish this anime like the novels there is no way they can. Tbh zero no tsukaima could of been alot better as an anime if it had stuck to the light novels properly in all 3 seasons but everytime they went off on their own at points. Though still looking forward to the 4th season to see what its like. I dont know about shana though i never read the light novels since not that many are translated so i dont know how many novels there are how close they stuck to the novels or how much there is left for the anime to cover. The third season should be really good, though i hope its at the first season standard or better since the second season was weaker compared to the first. |

It's too much light novel for one season. Plus, they had already derailed canon and timeline, which kind of ruined season 3. I just hope it's not like season 3, because ZnT suffered with those episodes, it became too much half-assed comedy and no actual decent plot being followed correctly. Now for Season 4... I want to see Karin the Heavy Wind. It's going to be so awesome. |

| Each anime season was exponentially crapier than the previous one, and the light novel's quality fell after volume 8 (didn't get any novel beyond volume 11 due to how crappy it's final chapter was), so not really exciting news for me. |
