| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Ahh Azusa with short hair. Looks kind of different in the anime, a little rough...but I think she looks good. Still wish she would have kept the longer hair, though. This episode, with the formation of Ryuuguu Komachi, Producer works harder to market the other idols and get more gigs. Miki shows that she's not completely lazy, too. In the end they all watch as Ryuuguu Komachi gets a spot on TV and performs SMOKY THRILL. I'm glad to see a full dance in the anime, it looked great. The ending song this time was THE iDOLM@STER, with a scrolling picture. Feels kinda weird that they would just use that song as the ED for this episode randomly, I thought they would save it for the final concert, or as an OP or something. Since it's pretty much THE main song of the series. This ep was very good. Next ep looks like it could be about Yayoi. Also, for those interested, the OP theme was released. READY!! | Miki shined a bit this episode. Smoky Thrill was very good and Iori's speech after the performance was lolz. I have a message for Yukiho, take a side job in construction. Azusa looks classy in short hair. |

| Rewatched with subs. Haruka realizing that her name has "sea" in it, and she wasn't picked was kind of funny. Ritsuko telling Miki to not get in the way, kind of mean. And Kotori strikes again with her manga vision, hilarious. I knew that Miki was going to get a little jealous that she wasn't picked for Ryuuguu Komachi. That's what you get for sleeping all day, I guess. Nobody is going to want to pick you for a unit if they think you're just going to slack off and be lazy. Seeing Producer going into overdrive mode was nice. Lol Takan'e photo shoot. Yayoi is so cute, scared of heights hnnngh. Miki shows a bit of her skill too, that she can do anything if she actually tries. Now that she's proved herself to Producer that she really can be serious about being an idol, she'll probably get a lot more work. There was another arrange of "Go My Way" when Haruka gave Producer the doughnuts. They're just gonna keep teasing us with that song, aren't they. And once again, the animation for the Smoky Thrill dance was just great. http://www.nicovideo.jp/watch/sm15286671 Here is a video comparing the anime to the game dance. And they managed to animate it without it looking jerky, and keeping their faces looking normal, on top of their complicated outfits. (Btw, you need an account to watch nicovideo. I know there's a site that lets you watch them embedded without an account, but I can't find it right now) Full image of the ED I like how they even have Kotori's image color in there. (Light yellow) Also again, this episode can't really be called anyone's episode, as it focused on almost everyone. But I guess it could be the "Ryuuguu Komachi" episode, with a lot of Miki. |

Mami and the rest will get their turn. Ritsuko trusts that "Producer-San" cna produce the rest of the girls. This episode shows that he was rash and almost cost their reputation. But he then realize that things just to have to start out slow and steady if he wanted to manage 9 other Idols. |

| I indeed love Azusa new short haircut, really fit her well. Makoto only teach Miki once and she memories all of it that kind of amazing, hehe in the game she is one of my favorite character. Too bad we didn't see her dancing thought. The anime probably would be better if each episode got 40 minutes. I only see a very few anime that got it. |

| I love the episode! Even thought I am displease Azusa cut her hair, its suits her well. Producer-san is firing up! He won't let himself lose to ritsuko and helps the girls find jobs helps me motivated to work hard. I feel the same ways as Producer-san, It'll be bad if the girls don't have jobs thought they seem not to take or worry about it. Thought Producer-san is becoming too rash had almost done a big damage to the company. Ritsuko telling Miki to not get in the way is rather mean of her. Miki is amazing! She memorize the whole dance by just watching it once! She's rather jealous that she wasn't picked in Ryuuguu Komachi. Too bad we didn't see her and Makoto dance. She's starting to be my favorite girl now. But my most favorite part is seeing SMOKY THRILL. It was the best dance that have the best animation that I've ever seen in an Idol anime. No other idol animes can compare to the smooth and fluid animation to Idolmaster. Would love to see Ritsuko perform as well someday and see all the girls perform on stage like in the OP. Producer-san would like to see her be an Idol. I'm disappointed that the Producer-san still have a proper name yet since he was finally turn into a character for the anime. |

This episode had 2 things going on wild. For one Smoky Thrills was amazing and the following, Is my favorite pose, which also happens to be the ending one. Also thought I should mention for those interested in downloading the music to this series, a MP3 version of the idolm@ster music collection has been uploaded on BakaBT. At around 23GB compared to the 55GB of the FLAC version. The MP3 version is significantly less if you cut out the drama/radio/talk CDs too. I just delete them after listening to them once, and my im@s music folder with everything is like 11GB or so. With every album in one place in one torrent, there's no better time to download it than now. I only wish that this torrent had been around when I got into idolm@ster, because I had to do a ton of searching for all my albums. lol |
| Loved the new group, loved the music, loved everything about this episode. I wish more people would give the show a chance, I think it started a little crazy and maybe slow, but it's getting a lot better especially with this week's performance. | Hehe, the producer tried so hard to get jobs and be productive that he enden up booking double and being not productive at all. Miki wants to be more productive as well because she got all fired up by seeing the others doing their best. The song was pretty good too! | It's still written 12 episodes on ANN. Well, there info aren't always reliable anyway. Hoping later in the game the Producer would make a new unit for the other girls to shine and be successful. I love how determine the producer is to make the girls be successful but he's being rash and ended up getting trouble later on. Hopefully he learned his lesson. Don't lose Producer-san! And hopefully a rival company would challenge team RK to make things interesting. Also, more dance and songs to come. Now I know why Miura is suspended works for Berserk. |

| The animation works (especially on the dance scene), reminds me of Kannagi. |
| Still, Wow! I'm very impress with Miki. At the beginning she was lazying around, and sleeping the whole day, and then she turn serious the next. Miki must be genius, as she can remember the dance moves once. The seriousness she's shown made me feel that we'll see Awakened Miki later in the series. |
