I mean, yeah the chip was a bomb, but at least they noticed the flammables. |

| I agree Ganta is the weakest part of this show It would be nice if the main character grew and changed throughout the series. Ganta is just as much of a wimp now as he always was, he hasn't changed at all. He may have actually gotten worse. Imagine if at the end of Gurren Lagann Simon is still the same as he was in the beginning. That would suck. Ganta is definitely the worst MC I've seen in an anime yet. | Ganta is probably the first main character I've seen who actually gets less competent and less powerful as the anime progresses. He also didn't seem to realise that a fire wouldn't just randomly trigger an explosion unless it had a cause, like a "datachip" bomb being thrown into it just before the explosion. |

To me it definitely looks/sounds like Mockingbird is a girl in the anime, but in the manga Mockingbird is a guy. Judging from how the anime has been with regard to the manga though, I wouldn't doubt it if they gave him a sex change.

I figured Senji would pop in and save the day. There was no way that they were getting out of that by themselves, and having Shiro come in and be the girl-wonder again would be incredibly lame. So who can we call in to take them out? Why, Senji, of course! The look on his face after taking out the supposed strong ones was priceless, I have to admit.
Rokuro's crazy side is just great. Although I am biased since I love his seiyuu, but come on, his crazy is so awesome.
And Shiro crying while eating cookies is like the best scene ever. For all the wonderful character in this show, why do we get a terrible protagonist like Ganta? Yeah, why not, I'll jump on the bandwagon with all the other Ganta haters for now.
