| the smirk is completely the same, so it's quite obvious she is the red man. when the power got turned off, that system you saw (the red cubes) seemed to have gone down too. resulting in shiro saying "the lullaby stopped". Maybe it's something that controls her. Something like elfen lied, split personality. in the earlier episode we saw that the lullaby system went down once too, the red man appearing shortly after that. so yea my guess is that shiro is the red man and she is controlled by that lullaby system thing. |

| Geesh, this show just keeps getting crazier and crazier. Even with the censors in the punishment game I nearly vomited. I wonder how the animators were able to draw this. OTOH, Shiro is out of this world. Can't wait to see how things are gonna shape up from here on in. |

| The fight was meh but what can we expect from an inexperienced boy. Thought it's going to be a happy ending but the penalty game totally caught me off-guard. Have to bite my teeth there. lol And Shiru's smile at the end is just creepy as hell. |

| I was just like Ganta when I saw Crow's eye being ripped out..I like..gagged and ran to the bathroom to throw up :I I never even got sick while watching stuff like Claymore or Elfen Lied..or even Higurashi..and this was the first time and anime has made me get sick like this. Why. Why would they do that. I hate anything that has to do with going near peoples eyes x__x I can't unsee this shit now...ugh... |

They have no reason to introduce Chaplin, Hitara and Masu since they are only important after the Scar Chain arc which starts in episode 7 and probably ends in episode 12, so unless they give us 12 more episodes there's no need to introduce them now since they will only appear for 2 mins or so xD |

| Great episode. The fight scene was a bit anti-climatic, but eh. Also, did anyone else think that the animation went up a little bit? Ganta doesn't look as disfigured to me. Or maybe it was just me. >.> And DAT BROFIST. I almost teared up at that. So beautiful. Senji is definitely my favorite character in this show. That Lottery post-game show wasn't as bad as I thought. But I know that the uncensored version will probably get a rise out of me. I hope. Episode 6, COME TO ME. |

| Yeah that was very brutal, i was like wtf and then the ending with Shiro was wow. You thought he was slick pulling a fast one on Shiro. This anime has turned out to be pretty good, can't wait to start reading the manga. The BD release should be gory as hell. |

Anyway I thought I would hate Shiro when I saw the trailer since I dislike useless characters but damn this girl alongside Makina is just plain awesome.. The doctor is such sadist freak poor crow T^T.. I like how the mangka made Ganta's character unlike most of shounen heroes he has the most normal reactions I've seen the poor kid is thrown into chaos and blood thirsty goddman place and the only thing he is able to do is cry like a normal 14 YO kid><.. & As everyone mentioned the OST is epic^ 0^.. |

| I'm usually one to complain about censorship. But in the case of this episode, I think it was necessary! I've seen stuff like that before, but it's hard to bear. Anyway, great episode. A little cheesy how Crow let Ganta live, though. Oh, well. Looking forward to the next! |

| Why did it have to be a slot machine? What if instead of three "right eye" it had gotten two + one "left leg". Would they just keep rolling until they got three of the same? It would have made much more sense for it to be like a fortune wheel. |

| Can't wait for the dvd release! I would definetely buy it just to watch it uncensored. Love the music during the fight with Crow as well. Very awesome soundtrack. Maybe its just me, but I hated it more when Ganta bit the end of his thumb rather than the eye part lol. |

| Lol at so many people thankful for censors. Bring on the eye plucking in DVD/BD I say, show us every bit of it without changing the scene. I like Shiro more now that she showed a batshit insane mode, but her "out of place happy go lucky" bullshit still gets on my nerves. |
| That was some serious shit right there. An interesting fight between Ganta and Crow, with Crow getting his right eye pulled out as punishment (horrible scene by the way xD). I loved his blades though. The way he made them even longer with the same amount of blood was very nice. Well and then there's Shiro. We know for sure now that Shiro knows many things about Ganta because they have *trained* together when they were young. Then why didn't Ganta remember her? Why was she training with him in the first place? And what powers did she show us in the end?! Can't wait to find out more! Iilia said: You're not the only one. | Definitely the best episode so far. Not a fan of censorship but I won't hold it against them. Maybe Ganta won't cry so much now that he finally realizes how things work. Kick ass or get your eye pulled out by a sadistic doctor. Yay! |
