DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- The origins of Sakamoto have been revealed, he escaped from his cage and ended up a stray and was discovered by Nano and brought home by Hikase. The Red Scarf that Hikase gave him enables Sakamoto to talk. Mai just pwns Yuuko at arm wrestling in mere seconds no matter how hard Yuuko tries. |

| Sakamoto the cat is so cuteee. I would never want my cat to be able to talk though...who knows what it would say. If they are counting the segments of this show in parts, I wonder if we're gonna have 100+ parts like in Arakawa Under the Bridge. Lol, I had guessed that Mai had earbuds in halfway through the joke where Yuuko keeps trying to apologize to her. The manga Mai kept handing Yuuko was hilarious too. The part with Yuuko trying not to get called on was funny. Arm cramps while holding your arm up are the worst. And don't tell me Crunchyroll has started the same shit they did with Mitsudomoe 2, putting a ? when they don't understand what's being said. It's not as if what the characters are saying in the eye catches are that important, but it's still annoying. I'd rather them just make something up than put a ?. And I don't really like the Professor that much, I think they tried way too hard to make her cute. I do like the robot though. |

| Not quite as funny as the first two episodes but it had its funny moments: Mai's drawings are hilarious with the voice actors lol Yuuko's ability to see the teacher's laser eyes thingy is fucking sick. I really wanna see technology like that someday lol. Hakase and Nano are so moe its friggen awesome watching them. Mr. Sakamoto the cat can talk too. Rofl at the Voodoo scene. What the fuck was that Helvetica Standard shit?! So random! LOL Mai chan is just too strong for Yuuko and Mio's facial expressions are funny. Not bad but I wonder how they'll keep up when they've got 23 more episodes to make. |

| Great episode! Nichijou is such an enjoyable show to watch - Perfect way to start my Sunday morning ^^. Glad to see Shiraishi make his appearance in the main series. I remember wondering if he would get a spot in Nichijou, when I first heard about it, and he sure is a really great cast for Sakamoto. |

| I... Was actually extremely bored through pretty much the entire episode. Didn't get even a smile out of me the entire time, how dissapointing. There's usually at least a thing or two that make me chuckle, but nope, not this week. Really, this is the weakest Kyoto Animation series I have seen to date. |

| I find it weird to see people saying this wasn't as good as previous episode, when in fact it was a lot better than previous ones. Mai-chan's manga, arm wrestling and lot more, this episode was just full of win. |

| There is something wrong. I didn't think this would make my week. As a matter of fact i didn't think it was awesome. It was 'just' good. Have to say the only part that made me laugh was Sakamoto. |

I'm rather disappointed, ashamed to admit I was holding my breath waiting for the "big budget animation scene" of this episode--when the arm wrestling scene came up I thought that'd be it, but alas. It was funny, but not great. Definite let down to the previous two, but that doesn't mean it wasn't enjoyable. The natto scene and arm wrestling were both quite funny. Seems this episode pandered more to reaction shots than anything else. |

| "i want to go to new orleans", lmfao completely out of context and random this ep was actually so much better the 2nd time i watched it. i completely forgot about the afro and the random word-of-the-day parts of the episode. it also helps watching a more accurate translation since cr sux and didnt translate that helvetica part right. |
