At the live press conference streamed on Ustream, Unita Yumi's manga Usagi Drop was announced to get a TV anime adaptation. It will be aired in Noitamina programming block from next July. The production studio is Production I.G. Usagi Drop anime official website A live action movie will be premiered this summer, too. Looks good. I always enjoy this type of story, it's a NoitaminA series and Production IG are working on it, so this should hopefully turn out to be good enough. PTW of course, seeing as 2011 still looks pretty horrible apart from the non-A1 noitaminA anime. Usai Drop is so cute, I will watch it for sure.  Being so innocent as it is, a really really erotic scene in Kimi ni Todoke would be a french kiss between Sawako and Kazehaya? |

I'd love to see this, but seeing as it's gonna air just after the new law passes, I can't help but hear this voice in the back of my head reading another article by dtshyk about it being banned. Fucking pessimism. Still, going on my PTW just in case. All of my FAL results so far. |

I really hope this anime does well, it is one of few manga I've bought so far and plan to pick up each volume as it's released in English. |
