I don't think being a new member automatically makes you a beginner since some already have experience with photoshopping (Windever or Forfall). But this DOES sound like a great idea. |

(Because encase you haven't noticed the same people keep being nominated and they alternate winning. It's just a contest to put out more names). Ps. It'll start today when I am not lazy. |
