| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Big Surprise :o oreimo ep 2 is out a day early. I hope ANN doesn't get in too much trouble for the leak. Legal Alternatives never hurt. Anyways, as for the actual episode. Hilarious episode with some funny moments between Kirino and the newly introduced characters. Poor Kyousuke is, the entire time, exposed to random otaku culture stuff that he has no knowledge of. | WHY ARE ALL THE GIRLS THAT ARE OTAKU AT LEAST FAIR LOOKING!? ... wait why am I complaining? Suigintou is such a lovely character. I'm definitely leaning towards her preference of anime, though Men's XXL cracked me up. This season really feels like Working!! was broken apart and put into multiple anime |

| this episode was truly amazing. kiririn shows just why she is a model, she's got the hot body .... erm wel, i llove the pace they are taking with this anime, at first glance for those whor ead te novels, it feels slightly fast, but in terms of an anime adaptation, it's going at perfect speed. this is definitely one of the strong ones this season. i cannot get enough of kuroneko and kiririn. they are both made of love. ayase needs a bit more screentime tho. i am thinking... this is gonna end in a good note. this anime is made for win, and out of win. since the novels are still ongoing, let us hope for more seasons, because 12 episodes don't show oreimouto''s real charm. <3 5/5 |

| man, watching this episode made me miss Japan/Akihabara so much. They were so detailed with it. Favorite seen was definitely the fight between Kirino and Kuroneko. Just loved the insults they were giving each other. |

| I smell this Genshiken meets Nogizaka Haruka again and it's quite pleasant. Great second episode with nice developments already and the ever still good production values. Definitely a must watch for any past, present or future otaku (or anyone wanting to understand them). |

| This was awesome. I loved the interaction between kirino and kuroneko. If you are a nerd, of any variety, then you have probably had such a discussion before. It's how we make friends :P Waitress was funny. I expected it to become more of an issue, but it seems this isn't that kind of show. Despite initial disappointment at the loss of a gag, this actually pleases me greatly. Kirino is so very tsun. I love it. Truth be told I couldn't find a dramatic stylistic difference between how kirino was dressed and the other otaku girls (was it supposed to be more stylish than what they had or something?). This was not the case for kuroneko. The irony was strong in that criticism. The clothes keep changeing from scene to scene and I love it. Evidently this isn't a situation where all the characters have one set of clothes for daytime and another for sleeping (or even worse, just the first set for both purposes). I wonder if this will apply to kuroneko, as I suspect being a gothic lolita will be a consistant part of her character. Elder brother discovering the joy of beating a video game was pretty cool. "Is this why people keep doing these?! It's like it's awesome, but it's suddenly not enough." Something profound indeed. Poor big brother. Maybe it'll all make sense to him eventually (and then he will be one of us). |

| Hey.. can someone tell me what's the point of this anime ? i like the charcters but umm i really don't understand the reason why she wants her brother to play these games ? is it to just talk or does she actually love him and wants her brother to love love her too or something ? like she would have met with those otaku's on her own too, why does she include his brother ? O_o |

| Liked it. But I'm surprised that it's at this part already. Guess it's pretty different from the manga(I know it's a light novel adaptation). Needs more Manami though, she's pretty interesting. |

| I;m guessing that there are a lot of disjointedness people out there because it did not turn out as you may have wished. LOL It was an okay episode, I guess that the reason being that I did not care for that otaku talk since I really don't understand much of it. But still it was some what enjoyable to watch. |
