| I liked the OAV but strangely enough I couldn't get into this first episode. It was just basic introductions though so hopefully the upcoming episodes will spark my interest. |

| The first episode was pretty dull but I enjoyed it anyway - probably because I liked the OVA so much. I would've liked it a lot more if Eika had more screen time though. She rocks. |

| Yeah, I liked it too. I know they're different, but I enjoyed this episode considerably more than Strike Witches first episode. It's not only magic vs meca, I don't know, this ep looked more pro, and the girls look less like preteen girls, I guess it's more easy for me to take it seriously. |

| Wow! Cool anime so far. oWo The story in the first part was pretty brutal. o-o It later got cute though: Otoha is awesome! x3 So, she got accepted to join the military huh? :P Wow.... Least she wanted to fly....like....that was her dream or something. :3 I hope the rest of this anime is good! It looks beautiful so far! x3 |

| I wasn't sure what to expect with this, but after putting it off for several months I decided it was finally time. This first episode was actually really enjoyable. Easy going, calm, and yet captivating. The bit between Otoha and her grandfather was sweet. The reasoning for those girls signing up for the military seemed a bit whimsical but nothing was blown out of proportion so I like how grounded it remained. |

| LMAO they nuked themselves so hard that the fucking continents got split apart and even submerged. But somehow the planet is still habitable, let alone have pristine waters and clear blue skies. I wonder why all these girls being chosen are so young and loli. That reasoning gives me a lot of Petite Princess Yucie vibe. But regardless, so far I'm liking this show a lot, especially the direction and voice acting. |
| So far we're off to a slow start. This series could go either way. Hopefully, it will pick up. I though GranPa was a hateful old bastard, maybe something will eat him. |
