| Loved the battle that took place in this episode and I long so much to come. But that Viral never dies, I think he will get some attention in this anime. |

| I feel like you're all 6 year olds. Nia is more annoying tham Ussop and Nina combined. This whole "im so cute and deep and wise at the same time" bullshit isn't selling. 1/5. Also feels like I'm seeing lots of filler shit for a 2-cour. |

| The thing that bugged me most about this episode is that Viral magically survives AGAIN... getting tired of that guy. For a beach episode the fanservice was pretty boring, fighting was okay but nothing surprising. Nia looks better with short hair imo. |

| Loved it, the beach scenes were pretty funny (although I don't quite like the lolicon thing, but I digress) the fight was great and the plot advanced. I though this was going to be a filler episode and I was quite impressed. |

| Fight scene underwater was pretty cool, I'll give it that. Nia looked way better with longer hair. Honestly, they're starting to ruin Yoko's character, I mean I guess she was pretty cool at the end, but they're really downgrading her. And I will forever ship Yoko x Simon. |

| I can't stand the characters. I don't know what FLCL did differently to make me think it was a great masterpiece and this an average overrated mainstream supported show. It doesn't matter how great the animation, art and music is. A smelly turd in a moroccan bathroom will still stink to high heaven. I can't stand the reincarnation of the Virgin Mary, daughter of Mary Sue. Don't get it twisted, a show doesn't get high ratings if it isn't packing some serious punch. But for now, I couldn't be more disappointed. |

| After days of trying to watch the second half of this ep due to shitty internet connection, I finally finished it. Lol'd at Nia acting clueless about volleyball then suddenly being very good at it and saying that she was taught sports at the palace. The concealed swimsuits provided the best ass fanservice but I would've liked it if they'd worn a string bikini. Saying that it's a good way of Nia to bond with the crew is a great excuse coz it's a valid one~ That transition bumper was the first instance I thought about Adiane being hot... She died too soon but Viral must've had it worse. He must feel useless when he couldn't protect half of the Four Generals. Gurren Lagann always have me wondering on how those drills got in there but nevertheless it looked awesome ♡ At the cost of her sky locks, Yoko showed some ass and saved Nia. A big loss for DAI-Gurren but a new start, I guess ;_; That haircut scene was touching tho. |

| I'm glad they enjoyed their little vacation while it lasted. Yoko got no idea how to act in those situations. Nice idea again from Simon, he really did well in that tough encounter. Really liked the little bit and the bonding afterwards between Yoko & Nia. I do like the new look for Nia. That's 1 general down. |

| A really funny epsiode which made me laugh really hard especially at the beginning with Yoko being jealous at Nia xD But sadly, the good time doesn't last that long and ends up in a fight once again...  |

| Nia with long hair was better, but overall another great episode. I have a strong feeling that we're gonna witness a big turning point in the show soon, because it doesn't seem that this "fighting with beastmen" formula will hold for a long time, given that Gurren Lagann is so ridiculously strong that even the strongest generals don't pose a threat to it. So my prediction is that somewhere halfway through the show we'll get a big revelation or a change of the main enemy or something like that. Kill la Kill (another show by Imaishi) went this way too. |

| The first half of this episode was really cute and wholesome, we got to see a lot of shirtless men and women lol :p The second half was epic!! Rip Adiane, she was a pretty good villian. And the animation was mind-blowing!! The ending was really cute. I wonder if Yoko was really aiming for Nia or not. I'm guessing she wasn't. 4/5 |

| A beach episode but with a twist. I did like the underwater fighting and for all the stuff about "Avenging" her fellow teammate, Adiane dies very quickly and ends up joining said teammate. The beach stuff was also pretty good as well, it's good to see that Yoko finally becomes friends with Nia. Though I do feel people are being a bit hasty with Nia's new hairdo. I don't mind it personally but otherwise another great episode there. |
