So, alien Wonder Woman goes to ancient Earth to stop an invasion by the forces of evil and learn the value of diversity? I have to admit, I'm a little bit disappointed by this entry into the Happy Science Cinematic Universe. Compared to its other entries, this one was pretty tame and leaned more towards just being regularly bad than hilariously terrible. Sure, there were the occasional on-the-nose jabs at atheism or women turning into combat pandas to laugh at, but nothing on the level of "evil reptilians use cram school to put microchips in kids' brains"; "China invades Japan and teaches children about Japanese war crimes in WW2 (and that's bad!)"; or "Hitler's giant demon elephant fights Thomas Edison's faith-powered angel mecha".

The best part of this was probably the deus ex machina appearance of Amor. For those who aren't familiar with the lore, Amor is the ninth-dimensional being that later incarnates himself as Jesus, so all of the people randomly telling him to sacrifice himself were pretty funny. The Lucifer flash-forward at the end was completely out-of-place and pretty funny, too. Here's hoping the next one centres on alien catboy Satan and his gang of silver surfers turning Lucifer to the dark side.
