| THIS IS A MANGA ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS ANYTHING BEYOND THIS CHAPTER. ---------------------------------------- Uran. Interesting beginning about Tezuka not remembering Uran's origins, I'm guessing she had multiple then? Because while the Professor said he gifted Astro her at the end of the Invisible Ghost, that certainly didn't happen in this collection's version of The Invisible Ghost. I know Tezuka re-works his story (like Cobalt was suppose to die when chapter but was re-worked to live), so I'm guessing this is a similar circumstance. Which I'm cool with, so Uran being inserting into the end of that story doesn't particularly make sense. As for the chapter itself, I liked it. I rather liked how Dr. Xcess turned out to be a good guy, the result of her halving her powering doing that was obvious from the second the concept was introduced, but I enjoyed that he called and warned them about it apologetically, the only villain was Lamp which I could've done without. Liked this just being a conflict for Uran's double life, but whatever. It's cool that Uran got a spotlight chapter if nothing else. |
