| plot points aside, it actually bothers me that apparently everyone working in that city seems borderline incompetent.. from the doctors to the policeman guarding the guy and overall security of the hospital but anyway |

| So Johan is the monster Junkers is talking about. I wonder what his intentions are in murdering those middle aged couples. And since he killed those three doctors 9 years ago with a poisoned candy, he is not an ordinary kid. I think he also have something to do with the murder of his parents, he might even be the murderer. No wonder his twin sister act like that before when she saw him again at the hospital after the murder of their parents. |
| every episode doesn't drop even slightly the quality, truly masterpiece. a lot of holes in juen libert doing that make tenma more suspicious. and tenma himself doesn't seems to believe what his own eyes saw. |
| Dark and terrifying episode, Johan is definitely gonna be a very interesting villian to watch. The whole twist surrounding him definitely could have been seen but not by that many viewers. This show is definitely the type which slowly sucks its viewer in , which is amazing |

| I've been in the anime community long enough to know that Johan is the antagonist for the series since every convo or thread along the lines of "who's the best anime antagonist?", "who's the best written villain', etc. His name always comes up. Even if I knew from the start, this was perfect. Johan's presence is super creepy and the way he just shot that bullet in silence gave me chills. 5/5 |

| I really don't like that inspector! He always think Dr. Tenma is the culprit!! Tenma is not at fault, he only saved the boy. He said that he wants the Director and the others to get killed but it's only because of frustrations! It's normal to say that words, it's different case if he really did kill them but he didn't! I feel bad for him. |

| Well dammit, saving the kid Johan turned out not to be the best choice with the bullet probably having screwing something up there (still I wonder how he exactly did the poisoned candies thing from 9 years ago). Poor Tenma though just when his life was going great again. |

| Yeah, sure. A kid with a hole in the head killed three people with poisonous candies, already assuming they would fortuitously eat some from that sealed bag. Honestly, hope this insinuation isn't true. Other than that, it was still a pretty good episode. |
| We are finally introduced to Johan (after the time skip), the famous antagonist. I didn't expect his character (dubbed) to sound like that. Though, his voice does capture a creepy psychopathic killer. I also didn't expect him (after the time skip) to be introduced this early. Also, everyone is complimenting this episode. I find it rather good (just like the previous episodes). I guess I'm not affected by this episode because it's only four episodes in, and there isn't really much build-up yet. |

| Why does everyone except Tenma seem so useless in this anime. The 9 year skip is a big leap. We knew something was up with those creepy kids Johan may be interesting. Oh shit he did ask for the director to die Johan was just being a good boy. That inspector is pretty infuriating but a good character to have I guess. The expressions on Tenmas face and his eyes were great this episode. I find it hard to swallow that a child with a hole in his head killed 3 people with poisonous candy in a sealed bag by presuming they would open it and steal candy. |

| I knew that Johan is the antagonist... it's 2022 after all... but I did not expect that he would be revealed this early And I did not expect that his voice is that young!!! Kinda expected something like Christian Bale for obvious reasons lol. Also... did not expect that even the police would get to know about Johan this early. |

| I know Johan is a manipulative mastermind, and I already expected him to be behind the murders of the childrenless couples, but the twist that he was the one who made poisoned the candy 9 years ago was insane. WHAAAT? He was barely even able to move in the hospital bed, how the hell did this kid get to making his own lethal poison in such a condition in such a discrete way? So Tenma wishing for the chief to die and having that wish granted was not a miracle, in fact, it was granted by the vey person who he saved. Johan... |

| It's strange how Tenma thought he was saving a person but ended up saving a monster. I was fine with him saving the kid, but I wasn't expecting the kid to turn out to be the worst of the worst. |

I mean i'm a bit speechless and all but i did expect Johan was the one behind all of this but what i didn't expect was that his reasoning to do so like 0_0 Bro is unhinged in his head, don't know how much but all and all i can feel that hollow feeling from Tenma that him saving Johan and said all those words of wishing them dead actually being came true executed all just by him because he overheard him saying it while conscious with closed eyes feels so surreal. Bro took extreme love to another level sksksk |

| I didint expect all this happening this early in the show so im not even more interested whats gonna happen next. The only think that kind of bothers me is if the detective still gonna act as if Kenzo is the main suspect I totally understand suspecting him the first time but for the second time like cmon he is the doctor if he wanted to kill him he can do it a different way that is gonna be less suspicious for him. ( BTW im making this comment assuming there is not gonna be a crazy type of plot twist about Kenzo if its gonna be or im starting to think there is thats a different conversation) |
