| THIS IS A MANGA ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS ANYTHING BEYOND THIS CHAPTER. ---------------------------------------- It feels like not much besides fighting has happened in this chapter... well, that and a whole lot of death. I wonder what exactly was going on with the shield, but I guess I'm about to find out. I also wonder how much this will tie in with Rebellion. It does so already, but I wonder how it will all end. I do like the visuals a lot so far, but I feel like my opinion on the wraith arc as a whole will depend on how well they manage to conclude the story. |

How is that possible? Anyway, the Witch was drawn magnificently, I could totally imagine this scene in the anime. Overall, I'm kind of disappointed by this arc though. The little bit of development we got on Sayaka and Kyouko was nice, but the whole drama being caused because of Homura's mental and emotional instability feels just bad. And the fact that it leads us just a step away from undoing Madoka's wish doesn't make it any better. |
