Olivia vs Alex Louis Armstrong was pretty cool. They totally wrecked the whole house. X'D

Greelin vs King Bradley was the shit! I loved how they showed the flashbacks during the fight. They really showed Greed's inner struggle very well.

Mustang getting the intel on the "Promised Day" reminded me of passing notes allong in class. :D

Wow, how the episode started was awsome...
XD it's quite shame for Alex loosing against his sister(or not), but that was hilarious. And the end of the episode was just epic. Al's doing a great work...

I really liked the last half of this episode. I'm sure I'm alone when I say I didn't really care for the fight scenes themselves, just what they meant for the characters. I also wonder if these people know what the Promised Day is. It felt like they all knew, but I don't understand why, unless it's some kind of holiday.

SO. FUCKING. GOOD.

Love Greedling. Love the Armstrongs and their epic-ness. Love the bit where Greedling teams up with Ed-tachi.
Fuck yeah, they did the information train SO WELL. Love it, love it, love it.
Lol @ Rebecca. And getting to see Havoc always makes me happy. ;)
Now we just have to wait like a million more eps to see his badass return. XP

Great episode- the fight scene had really good animation. I agree with some of you that the episode seemed to be steering the series towards a conclusion soon.

SO FUCKING COOL!
That Greed and Bradley fight was simply amazing, oh my God. I feel like it was better drawn out here than in the manga itself. Of course, seeing awesome fights animated is always fucking epic. Of course seeing Olivier destroy was also awesome.

I adored the information scene, that was always a favorite of mine to read. Especially Grunman haha <3

Gah it didn't hit me until last week, but the anime is catching up FAST. Already in the 80s out of 104 released chapters. Of course the manga is coming to a close, but with only monthly chapters, the anime is surely going to catch up before the manga finishes. I think I heard about there being about 60 somewhat episodes before there was a break to allow the manga to finish up. At least, they better be taking a break and planning to finish animating the rest of the story. D:

From what I remember from the manga, they don't know exactly what's going to happen except that the homunculi are going to do something disastrous on that day. Thus they're all preparing to meet them head on. They all know something's going to happen on the Promise Day due to Hohenheim and Alphonse passing on the message. They passed it on to Mason, who then passed it on to Sig, who passed it on to Izumi, who passed it on to Briggs, then to Gramman, then to Roy and the guys in Central. Olivia and Greed already knew, so I assume Olivia passed on some information to Armstrong and Greed told Ed and the chimaeras about it. So ya, most of them have a good idea on what it is cause of that huge information chain.

Ahhhh, SO FUCKING AMAZING~!

Great beginning with Greed vs Wrath, hilarious fighting with Olivier and Alex (the house is pretty much wrecked now lol), and the message chain. I agree with the others in that this feels like its getting to the climax... And well, I don't want it to end, but at least I know it'll go out with a bang. :)

woah a good amount of things happened in this episode like how Lin still has some control over his body and that he's joined up with Ed. How even though they are all allies from different areas of the world they can contact each other easily :P......Armstrong battle was ownage xD lol...even though Louis uses alchemy...his sister completely destroyed him o.o

I really enjoyed this episode. The Greed/Wrath fight at the beginning had me literally fist-pumping and hoorahing. And the animation! It was fantastic! God, it was really, really good!

And even though they combined a lot (which I understand for the sake of moving the animation along), it was extremely well executed.

The pace is gonna really pick up from here, and considering the quality of the last few episodes, I'm definately looking forward to the rest!

Liked seeing Greelin... And the flow of info in this series is awesome!

Not sure if I would like being a member of the Armstrong household... XDD

I loved the look on Olivier's face in the preview as she was walking with Mustang, haha... Next episode - reunion? Looks promising! :D

Greelin lol. I loved how they kept switching back between each area they had connections with. Damn, messages travel fast between people like that. They have so many people backing them up.

I especially liked how this episode ended. With Havoc trying to get Roy to smoke, but it was a piece of paper. So clever.

I really underestimated this series in the beginning because of how fast paced they were doing it. It just keeps getting better and better though.

Anyone else think that the choice of music for the Olivier/Alex fight was HILARIOUS?

Good episode all around, though they REALLY should have properly introduced Mei way back in the beginning. The whole Youswell scene felt kind of awkward.

Also, Izumi's appearance in Briggs was funnier in the manga...

Now that I think about it, it really feels like "24", like many different fronts happening at the same time that will all meld together at one point. There's tension in the air for sure. <3

You know, even though I don't watch a whole lot of American primetime television (gotta get around to watching House again), the fact you compared Brotherhood to 24 brings up an interesting thought. If you were to compare the first anime adaptation to an American primetime show, which one would it be? Like you would say "Brotherhood is to 24 as the first anime is to...." Something like that.

Hell yes! Personally I like Alex and give him a lot of props and after seeing him being thrown like a rag-doll made me despearately root for the underdog.

But yeah, it's like one of those wacky moments where a couple of characters create mindless destruction in the scene and the people nearby the event are just minding their own business casually. It's like one of the past episodes of Durarara in which I can't remember exactly what happens, but Izaya happened to be acting non-chalant and smirking on the street and as he walks away, another character, Shizuo thorws an oversized applaince out of frea-king nowhere! And Izaya hardly even reacts!!

The opening fight between Ling and Wrath was blazing fast. I loved it. No talking, just pure adrenaline pumping action. Take note anime people! This is how you do it :D

May Chang is back. I hate that stupid girl. I hope Envy eats her or something. She should've just gone back to her damn country *gaaaah*

Olivier and Alex give new meaning to the term sibling rivalry. That was hilarious. Talk about dysfunctional families xD;

So the pieces are in place :D
Now it's time to wage WAR! Hell yeah!

Wow, just wow! Amazing how every episode manages to be even more interesting than the last one!

The initial fight was incedible with top-notch animation, and the message scenes were amazingly well-done!

As someone has said previously, this is leading to the climax, can't wait.
