Movie | Movie | Trailer A trailer revealing the plot of Aikatsu Stars! Movie, as well as the preview for the special short, Aikatsu!: Nerawareta Mahou no Aikatsu Card. Aikatsu Stars! Movie will be about Yume Nijino and her friends finding secret dresses during the Legendary Dress Audition being held in a southern island. The movie, as well as the accompanying special, will be screened in Japanese theaters on August 13. Ajin OVA | OVA | PV2 Kodansha has released the second promotional video for the OVA of Ajin. It will be bundled with the ninth volume of the manga that is scheduled to release on October 7. Gantz:O | Movie | Trailer A second video of Gantz:O, featuring Daisuke Ono portraying the main role of Masaru Katou. Koutetsujou no Kabaneri Soushuuhen 1 | Movie | CM A CM revealing a footage for the first recap movie of the TV anime Koutetsujou no Kabaneri. The movie will be screened in Japanese theatres on December 31, 2016. To LOVE-Ru Darkness 2nd OVA | OVA | CM A CM announcing the release of the third To LOVE-Ru Darkness 2nd OVA to be bundled with the manga's 17th volume on December 2. The video introduces Haruna Sairenji and the scenes to be adapted from chapters 54 and 55 of the manga. Trickster: Edogawa Ranpo "Shounen Tanteidan" yori | TV | PV2 The second trailer for the upcoming Fall 2016 anime, Trickster: Edogawa Ranpo "Shounen Tanteidan" yori. The video reveals the anime's opening theme song, "Kimi dake no Boku de Iru kara" by Gackt. For additional previews, please see the Summer 2016 Preview thread. |

| So much hate for Ajin. Weow. Don't care much for the Ajin ova anyway, but can't wait for its second season. Gantz CGI was pretty damn good... Maybe I should watch the series. |

| Holy crap I thought Gantz was live-action for a second, that's pretty impressive CGI. Lol at these drama queens hating on Ajin. I don't care what people say, the CGI in Ajin wasn't even that bad. It wasn't stellar, but it wasn't horrible. |

| Ajin OVA is intriguing. Is there any info on what it covers? Gantz:0 continues to look freaking great. This is some Garlock level of animation quality. If only we got entire manga in form of movies like that... Trickster continues to look promising. The animation looks nice. Hopefully it manages to capture the bizarre surrealistic style that Ranpo Kitan did pull off, but also manages to have a comprehensible story, which Ranpo Kitan did not manage to. A bit disappointed that Fiend of Twenty Faces seems to be just a pretty boy this time. If there was one thing Ranpo Kitan did extremely well, its character designs for Edogawa Ranpo's characters. Then again maybe this dude is just a stand-in for a twist reveal of the real one? |
