The conference, organised by Qatar's foreign ministry, was attended by heads of state from South Africa, Afghanistan, Yemen, Mauritius, and Niger along with Ban Ki-moon, UN secretary-general.

According to Sheikh Mohamad, achieving peace in the volatile Middle East is directly linked to ending the Israeli occupation of the Palestinian territories, including Jerusalem.

His remarks read as a clear policy statement that sets the parameters of Qatar's foreign policy when it comes to its approach and dealings with the region's combustible environment.

The replies are clearly trolls and LMAO if u think this conf is going to change anything, you must be delusional and from Quatar no less *rolls eyes*.

If you think the occupation will end in anything but a bloody mess you must be very badly informed about the situation there.

Its a morbid thought i know, but it is the reality of things , sadly.

Removing Jews from Israel is close to impossible.

Removing Palestinians from Palestine is also close to impossible.

Both should just be sincere in wanting a peaceful end for the conflict.

Lol. One of the biggest backers of terrorism, a nation that houses swine living in swanky hotels while their people suffer. No surprise.

Anyway, it appears the Qataris' image of peace is Islamic supremacy with the continued persecution of minorities. Again, no surprise.

Israel will continue to stand strong despite Islamic grandstanding and rhetoric. The sharpest way for anyone else to take them seriously is for them to cease their persecution, but that obviously won't happen as long as Islam remains dominant.

Except the Jewish have been living on that land of thousands and thousands of years, constantly pushed out violently because someone with a different religion or lack of it decided Jews don't deserve it. So if the Palestinians living there puts their claim to the land, does it mean the Israelis' claim of a thousand years before then means absolutely shit?

Peace shouldn't be Israel backing down to people who want them exterminated off the face of the planet. Peace needs to be worked at by both sides, with equal give. Palestine does not understand this (or care) and Israel does not see profit whatsoever for its people by giving in to their demands.
