| Kohinata's jokes are good ;). One of the best episodes, the running was intense and the Riku story is interesting. I am looking forward to see how he will surpass his fear |
| I'm glad this episode answered some of my questions, like why does Nana have this huge interest in Stride like it's pretty impossible to be this passionate about a sport when you've only seen a video of it... though it's weird that almost everyone knows about Tomoe's younger brother but not "the stride legend's" daughter or something... I feel so bad for Tomoe though. He's not at fault but I also feel bad for Riku. It must really suck to always be compared to your older brother. I just wish they'd talk about this dynamic more. I'm slightly mad at how quickly they were defeated though. Is Kakyoin supposed to be the most difficult opponent now? Because I seriously thought that was Saisei... Overall this ep was alright, can't wait to see the next ep!! |
| Prince of Stride: Family Issues. I'm guessing the twins were introduced because they ran out of characters designs lol. Tomoe's hair annoys me I'm going to tie it up for him if he doesn't grrr. Kakyouin's overall dark uniform scheme seems nice though and why the hell are we getting a summer episode?? Can this show even wrap in 3 episodes minus the summer filler episode. |

| Why is it in this series one of the siblings is usually either egotistical or an asshole? Too much drama for a sport, srsly. I doubt even the greatest athletes in the world are that dramatic, let alone some high school kids who are wet behind the ears. I can see why one would begin to hate a sport. If I had a brother like Tomoe, I'd hate stride for the rest of my life. |

| Not every day you see an anime where the main team loses like that AFTER a power up training montage XD How will they wrap this up in 4 episodes when Honan seems really pathetic compared to the rest right now? The races are pretty enjoyable but the character drama doesn't really work for me because I don't really care for them |
| Oh, Kakki sounds different in this role, good. What a weird character though. And true, Tomoe's voice could be a bit more cold. Also, he's emo as hell. His face, hairstyle and speech. And wow, Sakurai is called "princess" now. Riku is always losing, lol. Kakkyoin is pretty cool, can't see Honan beating them tbh without some kind of plot armor. Finally Nana's character got some depth. Good episode. |

| The fact that the episode has a double aspect in the narrative, is not bad, the second phase of the story is a bit too depressing, and have a bit of comedy has made less negative the episode fruition. The story gets even more interesting, who knows what will they think of the stars to win. Catchy soundtrack. |

| A father and a brother in the opponent team, that is interesting! 10 second difference is huge, it could've been even larger if they didn't slow down at the beginning. I wonder how will Honan overcome this. |

| The atmosphere got pretty heavy after their crushing defeat. The part with Nana where it transitioned from her father patting her on the head to leaving her behind really got me. I like how they did the ED, at first I thought the red squares for the credits were a camera recording so that was a nice, unintentional touch on the flashback. So it was really Riku who distanced himself from Tomoe. He was desperate to catch up to his brother who really just wanted to run with him. |

lol, i loved that! and the reference after that. ----- the fight was excellent! wonderful job, M/H. and again sakurai is intimidated by yet another relationer. ok, maybe she can't help it when people talk to her. can't someone invent an idea for making separate boxes or something of the like that so that they can talk in private? besides hearing them is like listening to their plan and it's kinda cheatish...>.> and riku has a terrible reason to hate his brother. i thought he was going to be the cruel type but he wasn't. it's his own fault he feels that way towards his brother. |
