| Read the manga if you don't like fillers. The anime doesn't even conclude the series while the manga does and has ended for quite some time. Although the series itself was frustrating to read/watch beyond relief, it was still a great action shounen. |
| The first and best advice I received for the series was to get to episode 20 - push through the beginning, even if you feel ya don't like it or hate it... get to around episode 20 and from then on it's great. |

| I haven't found a shonen on par with Hunter x Hunter yet. And I don't really know why you compare that to One Piece since HxH is clearly better. To the point: KHR is, in my opinion, less entertaining than OP due to the huge amount of fillers. Since you say you don't like fillers I do not think you will like KHR very much. But I have to say that the story/action scenes are quite engaging. |
