| Being my second Isekai, this was a great first episode. I love the characters, not to mention the comedy. Kazuma and Aqua, these two are one unique duo alright!!! Can't wait to watch the rest of this season!! |
| Well, a great strat actually, i'm not really into isekai but konosuba is an exception for real really enjoyed this episode and i'm really looking forward to watch more |
| I really enjoyed this episode great start to a show, I had a smile on my face and was laughing out loud the whole time, dude gets hit by a tractor he thought was a truck, goes into shock, pisses himself, and dies. Then out of pure spite instead of choosing a OP weapon or ability decides to take a goddess with him. That's the kind of pettiness I like! |

| Can’t believe it took me this long to watch this somewhat recent classic, I’ve been told to watch it multiple times by friends and I’ve seen these characters everywhere, but hey I’m here now lol. This was a fun first episode, it was definitely funny but hasn’t caused any laugh out loud moments yet, of course this is just the first episode tho, I can see there’s seeds being planted for future comedic bits, and I’m sure once more characters are introduced there will be even more chances for some great comedy. It may seem like I’m being a bit hard on it but with a show that’s been this talked up I kinda have to lol. But I did find myself enjoying Kazuma and Aqua a lot, they seemed opposites at first but actually go very well together, also needless to say that Aqua is very hot lol, fantastic character design and I appreciate those commando underskirt shots. I also like the art and animation quite a bit, it’s not amazing but it definitely looks really good. And that OP was pretty good as well, I’m sure it’ll grow on me more as I progress. But with all that being said I’m excited to watch the rest of this, I don’t think I’ll be able to catch up in time for the Megumin anime’s start but hopefully I’ll be there by around half way lol. |

| I'd say it's 'bout time to give this anime a re-watch. The first episode is better and more amusing than I remembered, especially the voice acting. The camera really does like focusing on Aqua's body parts. Not that I'm complaining, especially since she has a realistic body (especially for an anime waifu lol). She tends to make silly faces whenever she's in anguish too |

| wtf am I reading in the first page of this thread? In what world is the art of this show bad? Kids these days, you have no idea how good you have it compared to previous generations. Anyway, this first episode was above average for me, but barely. Some moderate laughs here and there, but nothing particularly remarkable. I guess the light hearted tone is the best thing about the show so far. Nothing else felt really compelling or original, and weirdly the protagonist although starting off as a good guy with a heroic impulse leading to his death, sometimes felt like a bit of a prick with the way he was talking to Aqua. I was finding it amusing/depressing how the writer didn't bother to have him be upset at leaving his family, but at the very end of the episode for the next ep preview he finally acknowledges his mother. |

| started watching this years ago but kinda just forgot it. and since then this show has become quite well known so i decided to give it another go. i love how the guild woman just straight up told aqua she was very stupid but she was too stupid to understand :D |

| Man, Kazuma's luck is trash for dying such a pathetic death. And even his own parents laughed at his death. Poor guy. Maybe his luck stat is high in the other world as compensation... Despite being a shut-in, Kazuma's actually quite intelligent. Gotta respect that he worked as a labourer even tho his body clearly wasn't built for it. Aqua is a cute-looking dumbass. It's almost impossible to hate her. I've already watched this anime once. In 2018. I'm rewatching it now before Season 3 airs so I don't forget to do it later. Man, watching KonoSuba again after like 5 freaking years is really something. I don't understand why it took us THIS long to get Season 3. Especially when it has been years already since the LN was completed... |
