Could it beat the Idolmaster Cinderella Girls CD with BD Video/Audio bundled (to boost sales obviously) for #2 in terms of anime song singles for the week? |

Pre-release day is mostly Amazon pre-orders, while release day is mostly storefront sales, so I suspect that Ensemble Stars will rank much higher on release day, since female fans more commonly buy at storefront. Love Live is however very strong at storefront, so it is very unlikely for Cinderella Project to rank above it on release day, even with the BD Video/Audio bundled to boost sales. Note: Only the Top 3 CD Singles and Albums have their sales on a particular day known. | This shouldn't be any surprise, since it's Love Live after all, but it was rumoured that μ's is going to feature on the 66th Kouhaku Uta Gassen, which is annual music NHK TV show on New Year's Eve. Only the most successful musical acts in Japan (not restricted to just Japanese artists though) ever get an invite, so we're talking about the most mainstream artists such as AKB48, Nogizaka46, Arashi, etc, featuring often on this TV show. I think the most major artist with a strong relation to anime is MIZUKI Nana, who has featured for at least 5 separate occasions. Here is the official confirmation of μ's' participation for 2015, after NHK itself released which artists would be participating for 2015.
