| If Ookami Kakushi only has one VN, then 12 episodes will probably be fine. With Higurashi and Umineko, one VN normally got about 5 episodes. |
| animenewsnetwork just updates with all the information available. That just means a minimum of 12, with more being added later if announced... Examples include Letter Bee and Railgun. The VN is on the PSP, and I believe theres a fair bit of content (correct me if I'm wrong), so it could easily fit over 12 episodes, but could also be limited to 12. And the game came out about around the 20th of August 2009, with the anime announcement just days after. Personally, I hope for around 25. I don't think it will be split into seasons, unless a sequel comes out (if that is even possible.) |

| 12 episodes seem fine, you have to remember higurashi and umineko were 4 episode vns while ookami is only one. |
| Watch for free, ain't have the right to complain... You want it longer? Simple solution: Learn some japanese, go work your butts off in anime industry and make it long. Otherwise, be content with what you got and enjoy it. If not, STFU and GTFO if you don't like it. Plain and simple. Not like whining about it will make 'em producers change their mind, rite? |
