| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Lol, some of Shirayuki's reactions were priceless this episode. I thought the episode was alright with a good amount of focus involving Shirayuki and Obi. Furthermore, her relationship with him improved. I don't doubt about Zen's conflicting thoughts about what happened to his slain friend before. That's just something that's hard to get over. I like the bromance moments he had with Mitsuhide though. Those tears D: Mitsuhide is awesome. |

| Nobu's character following drunk main girl. He still notice spy while taking to her. Overreacting about her with the prince when they started to talk about the prince. Those people in that castle are safe. Then she went back to sleep again. The prince went out immediately after reading the note. Thinking back about the incident with that friend, which the only memory is the sharp place of the arrow. The guy who was the one who killed that friend... and the prince talk had deepened their relations. The brother hiding and listening that. Also new relations between Nobu's character and the prince through wine. Nobu's character officially works for the prince so that he can protect the girl through his order. A new girl appearing next? |

So this was Shirayuki the Drunk, Part 2. She's the happy & reckless kind of drunk.  Guess Zen is still not over Atri's betrayal and death, but nice to see him having someone new he could trust.  |

| Seeing that title for next week... can't help but to think of Obi and his heart lol This was a pretty nice episode from Shirayuki being drunk to basically everyone around Zen having that sense of closeness that Zen envisioned that day. After seeing Mitsuhide's early days with Zen, can't wait for Kiki's! |

| Some nice interactions between Obi and Shirayuki in this episode. The end of Zen's flashback and his resolve to become stronger was also nice to see. He and Mitsuhide have a great bromance lol. Looks like a new girl is appearing next episode. |

| Lol Shirayuki is still drunk. Obi obviously is starting to fall for Shirayuki but I cant really imagine how he can become Zen's rival. I hope its not going to be like the usual shoujo where he tries to steal Shirayuki from Zen because he feels that Zen cant protect her that sort of crap. Well its a pretty slow episode probably to take a break from all the drama. No Shirayuki x Zen moments though that sucks. |

I hope the anime keep it in moderation and not give too much attention on Obi though. Ah well good development for him anyways.. as long as he don't overstep his role as a spectator. Really looking forward to more Zen x Shirayuki. |

While Obi looks like he'll be a good "messenger", I'd rather trust this man with guarding Shirayuki. As for the episode itself, I really liked this one. It wrapped up the whole Atri flashback/saga pretty well. |

| I love the audio visual interplay in this series. The musical pieces compliment what you're watching so well it's astounding. I came into the show expecting little to nothing from it, but from episode one this had been a pleasant surprise. Great characters, a beautiful setting, and plenty of moments to breath, relax, and enjoy the setting have proven to be a huge bonus as well. Probably my favorite brand new series for the season. Gangsta has been great as well, but a bit overhyped and not quite as good from my standpoint. I can see why come people would like it more though, especially given the difference in genre. I'd say this show has a little more substance so far, but we'll have to wait and see both shows to their end... nah screw that you can't beat drunk Shirayuki. No chance given, instant 10/10. :) |
Cute and funny episode. The first five minutes or so had some great comedy. Lol when Shirayuki pointed and said that Lord Haruka is there. Her reaction to Obi not looking in that direction was funny and cute. Best scene this episode. Too much Shirayuki cuteness in this episode.  Shirayuki was worried about the Laxdo men and wanted to go there. She didn't notice Obi there at first so she carried on. And she tried to lose him but failed since Lord Haruka wouldn't be conveniently standing there at night lol. Zen was also worried so he had Obi visit to check things out. The Laxdo men had a detailed report sent to Shirayuki through Obi along with some herbs since they knew that Shirayuki would be worried about them. Zen now trusts his judgment, the judgement of his friends with regards to Obi enough which is why Obi now got his identification as Zen's messenger. He'll be by Shirayuki's side and will tell Zen if anything happens along with other miscellaneous tasks. |
| Nothing much happend here but relationship between Obi and Shrayuki improved, also relationship between Zen and Obi. It was quite nice episode thought I guess next episode plot will moving. :) |

| Come to think of it, I better keep a flask of whisky, or that alcohol stuff just in case I want some sports. Pretty nice, the only two things lacking in this Zen-how-to-be-a-fine-prince arc is his supposedly invaluable friendship with Rouen, and poor Seiran, you are completely overshadowed by everyone else, running around doing miscellaneous things. |

| YUS OBI EPISODE <3 and he's finally part of the team. ALSO Omg I teared up a bit when Mitsuhide had the flashback again. You've come a long way Zen. | I really liked this episode. Zen's backstory with Atri came to a close and it showed how Zen became the person he is today. Mitsuhide is such a great guard and friend to Zen. Shirayuki was still drunk throughout the entire episode which was hilarious. Not gonna lie, I did like those Obi and Shirayuki moments. :P Obi officially becoming Zen's 'messenger' is great. 5/5 |

| Zen has always wished to connect with somebody. "Prince Zen, you are one of the country's princes. Among the people you will meet by chance, there will surely be someone you can trust. If you choose to distrust people, then those people will never appear before you." I think that says a lot about Mitsuhide's character. Even in the manga I still hope to read about Mitsuhide's past - before he met Zen. Before he met Kiki. ============================================================ What is this?? Giving Obi the part of taking down that spy instead of Zen. ¬_¬ In the manga, Zen dealt with the spy directly making it "worth it, allowing him to be easily seen together with Shirayuki". It was clever and he protected Shirayuki (telling her to keep her distance when she wanted to approach so the guy wouldn't have a chance to try anything). I can't make sense of the changes they've made to the anime. |

| The relationship between Mitsuhide & Zen is much more interesting than lovey dovey relationship between Zen & Shirayuki, this episode confirmed it once again. It feels natural & nothing overly dramatic, unlike the latter which has been very overly dramatic & unnatural. Well, basically the romance part is not the strong aspect of this show so far. Which is unfortunate. |

While I've seen far worse in the romance dept, Obi and Mitsuhide are far more intriguing as characters than any backstory or cuteness between Zen and Shirayuki. Slow development is cool though, so I'll wait. |
