| Easy, Appleseed book 4, in comic book form, back in 91. Funny thing is, I was losing interest in comics at the time, fell in love with Shirow's work but couldn't find it anywhere. Sixteen years later they are some of the very few comics I still have from those days. I wish I could find them in manga format. |

| Mine was Yu-gi-oh XP shonen jump is what lured me in. XDD and like the second one was... naruto i believe =D Naruto was the first one I owned too, i believe. | Can't remember which it was, but either Ginga Legend Weed or Legen of Zelda: Ocarina of time. Not so usual starter mangas, but when I was kid I used to love Ginga Nagareboshi Gin and when my cousin get the Weed I naturally read them too. I also played Zelda diligently at time, so I found the fanmade translation for Akira Himekawas manga versions from Ocarina of time and Oracle series. It was certanly was either one but I really can't remember. |

| Mermaid Sagaby Rumiko Takahashi only because I was looking Paradise Kiss, but they only have vol. 6 so I look in the shelves to find one manga I can get into I found Mermaid Saga and read the back to see what its about. It's not bad although she should have made an ending for it. |

| Well the first manga I ever read was Shounen Jump but if that doesn't count then the actualy first manga I read was probably Love Hina. Though I didn't understand a thing because it was the fifth volume. But once again if THAT doesn't count then the first manga I read, starting at the beginning, was Naruto. |

| The first manga I ever read? Hmm...Of yeah! It was the first volume of Death Note. lol It took me a long time to start reading the actual books. I used to check out the chapters in Shonen Jump for years, but I never bought anything. 0_O |
