Since... I dunno. I watched digimon/pokemon when I was young. Loved those... but didn't actually learn the words "anime" and "manga" until I was roughly 15/16. How about you? O_o

Oh yeah! I loved it so much and I highly recommend watching it. It is quite dramatic and sad at parts, but I throughly enjoyed it.
Game shops you say? So they had the game there?
