| I guess I'm not really a sub elitist. I didn't find it that cringe worthy. Maybe I'm just numbed to it all, recalling all the past cringe worthy experiences I've had. At the very least, I'm just glad I'm not hearing voices I've heard in everything else. Macho man sounds familiar, but the others don't really (except maybe the younger blonde guy, if I've heard his voice though it hasn't been in lots of stuff). One thing I'm glad about is that this practically ensures that the game isn't going to be put on hold for 5 more years and renamed into Final Fantasy 16 or something. |

| Rule of thumb for FF English dubs is: If it's not at least as good as or better than FFXII's English dub then it's shet. It's not horrible, but it definitely doesn't stand out. The Noctis is actually pretty good imo. VitaminCaim said: I heard there will be dual audio. I hope so pls + PC port |

| It sounds fine, like every other FF game aside from 12 or Lightning in Dissidia. As for dual audio, I dunno about that. I mean yea, if they do I sure wouldn't mind but the only FF game I've ever seen them release with the ability to even switch to the Japanese voice was Lightning Returns and I think was a limited time DLC? I dunno, I never got it. Though I did hear Type 0 is getting a dual audio. |

| The trailers always make it look so amazing graphics-wise, but then when you play it it's not quite up to standards and it's disappointing. That's something I find with a lot of games. Cinematics are really well done but the gameplay itself is not great. |

The scenes were not a lot is going on, like there's discussion, or that one old man marching with an army are likely cinematic. But all the action and stuff is gameplay. However the UI is there primarily to make it look like it's gameplay. The UI in the trailers will likely not be the final UI. They made that point early on. |

| Hopefully the asian version has jap audio n english subs. wish FF10 HD had that but might be a possiblity for the ps4 version comin. glad I didnt purchase it right away. |

Then again, after the stunt Square Enix pulled at PS Experience? I shouldnt be surprised. Dubs ARE getting better but not enough. Its not he voice actors fault. Its the developers tryin to get English voice cast to sound Japanese. it just doesnt work lol It even affects amazing VA like Troy Baker (FF13), or Nolan North (resonance of fate) They need to at least get the writing fixed for English versions with less grunting. its why MGS do it so well. MGS 2 and other MGS games are a good comparison. David Hayter (Snakes Voice) helped out with the writing for the English translation. but not for MGS 2. he made a big difference! Ni No Kuni is another example of great VA in english for Jap games. They REALLY need to take notes from them. |
